Mead park is a community treasure. There are trails, trees, creeks and lots of wildlife. Plenty of playgrounds and pavilions for family picnics. Lots of spaces for sports activities. I wish the park wasn’t quite so developed and that there was more thought put into the trails. The direction and design of the hiking trails doesn’t really make sense. A purpose built multiple use trail system would make this park so awesome. I would love to advise local officials if they ever have interest in discussing the idea

I love Corry's attention towards active lifestyles with its many outdoor fitness resources. This park is great to relax, have a picnic, or just hang out. I'm really impressed with the trails, new fitness equipment, and other amenities to be active. I wish Erie and surrounding municipalities in northern Erie County had parks like this.

Quaint little park in Corry, Pa where we went to enjoy the total solar eclipse on April, 8. Has bathrooms, pavilions, ball fields, walking path and ponds. The equipment is showing its age, but the park is large and has a lot to offer this small community. If you are ever in Corry, stop in and check out the many facets of the park. And yes, the clouds broke and we watched the sun get mooned in totality.

It's a quaint little park adjacent to the Corry Historical Museum. There are pavilions for occasions that can be reserved, and some are enclosed to shelter from the elements. Corry Police routinely patrol through the area on holidays, and it is safe for families. Restrooms are public access and relatively clean. There is fishing in a pond on site, and there is playground equipment for younger children and a basketball court. There are a number of BBQ grills available on a first come basis. It is a dog friendly park if you clean up after your pets. Alcohol, ATV's, and dirtbikes are not permitted.

I've visited Corry many times and driven by this park many times as well but never stopped to go through it until today. This is a beautiful Park that offers more than just playgrounds. There are numerous small private picnic shelters available for public use equipped with electric and a grill. There are a couple different public restrooms also. This park is more like a Nature Center in a tranquil wooded setting. There are tennis and basketball court, a small baseball field a large pond with benches scattered around it and hiking trails. This would be the perfect place to come spend a quiet afternoon walking through it, having a picnic, walk the dog or bring kids to get some fresh air and play on one of the playgrounds. Now that I know what all this park has to offer, I will be back with family and friends to enjoy it. It was especially nice this time of year since the leaves are changing.
