The rooms are tired BUT for one night to break up a long return home, totally fine. Excellent water pressure! Showers get hot vs just warm.

The friendly staff quickly resolved two issues, including mailing back a pair of earrings I had accidentally left in my room. I really appreciate that kindness--customer service is everything!

Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping & Maintenance

I recently stayed 3 night for short business trip and was expecting Marriott’s usual standards, but unfortunately, this experience was far from it.
1. No Housekeeping for the First 3 Days – Despite multiple requests, my room was not cleaned for the first three days of my stay. Basic services like trash pickup and fresh towels were completely ignored.
2. Dirty Towels Left in Room – If you stay for three days, don’t expect used towels to be replaced or even picked up. It seems housekeeping is practically nonexistent.
3. Trash Not Picked Up – The waste bin in my room kept piling up, making the space unhygienic and unpleasant.
4. Repetitive & Low-Quality Breakfast – The breakfast selection was almost the same every day, lacking variety. Even budget hotels provide better options.
5. Hallway Carpets Smell – Walking through the hallways was unpleasant due to the musty and unclean smell of the carpets.

As a business traveler, this was unacceptable, and my six colleagues had the exact same complaints. We had to escalate the issue to our corporate booking team to remove this hotel from our approved list.

If you’re looking for comfort and basic cleanliness, I do not recommend this hotel. Marriott should seriously reconsider the management of this property.

We are here now. The rooms are pretty run down. The pull out bed in the suite has nasty stains on it so I refuse to let my kid sleep on it. The rooms are kinda dirty too. We usually stay at the Drury and I remember why now. You can’t trust other places. The pool and hot tub area is nice and the outdoor area looked nice but it’s raining so we are not using it. I pray that breakfast is ok in the morning but it’s safe to say I’ll never stay here again. Also zero pillows or blankets for said pull out bed. This place is just gross 🤢

Worst experience of my life. My daughter was itching all night after we checked in and she took a nap. We had to go to Walmart to get over counter med- the next morning I woke up with so many bed bug bites. Now they are developing rashes on my body I have to see a doctor - NOT RECOMMENDED! Plus our bathroom ceiling had water leaking. The hotel is old and smells bad. Carpet is dirty.

Our two bedroom suite had plenty of room and a fireplace. The breakfast area and lobby was large and beautifully decorated. The facility could be so much more with many repairs to the rooms, water damage throughout, intermittent functioning hot-tub, patio furniture ripping/faded, etc. Most of the staff were great, but the clerk upon check-in was slightly rude. She almost denied my check-in because my husband wasn't there yet and did not award points that we earned through their rewards program.
Our dishes were dirty in the cupboard and the cabinets were falling apart a bit from water damage. May have just been that way in our room only.

My family stayed here for a week. During this time we saw the positives: a friendly and helpful staff, a decent breakfast buffet and a small, serviceable fitness room. It is convenient to Cranberry and 79, which puts you into Pittsburgh in about half an hour.
The negatives were all over the place. The rooms were dated and showed signs of significant age and wear. The ceilings were a mess. All through the first floor hallway, there were trash cans catching water leaking from the ceiling tiles. One looked ready to fall. The pool and hot tub area did not seem especially clean. The vents in the ceiling looked especially dirty and potentially moldy.
Overall, this place is well overdue for some deep cleaning and/or a refurbishment.

staff could use some training on being friendly to guests- most did not even say hello. Girl who checked us in looked like she really hated her job, did not smile at all. Room was clean but cold- they had the heat off I guess to save energy. It did warm up quite nicely. The breakfast could use some help- eggs x 4 days- very tastless. Most things needed restocking- staff just said no. Not sure if it a clorine smell or what but you are hit with it as soon as you walk in.
