Very nice hotel. Reasonably priced. Clean and well kept throughout. The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. Only issue, which is a small one, is that there is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Everything else gets two thumbs up

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located, easy to access, and close to many things. The hotel is immaculate and the room was great! Upon arrival I was greeted by Stephanie who was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation if I am back in the area.

I decided to try this hotel because of the many positive reviews. I’m shocked people have so many good things to say about this location. The hotel itself is fine. The room was clean, and the staff was fine at check-in. However, the walls are paper thin. There are signs posted everywhere about the hotel’s quiet hours. This should’ve been my first clue that I was in for a rough night. A loud group of teenagers were staying on the floor. It seems like there was no adult supervision given that they were yelling and running down the halls late into the night. The hotel did nothing to address the issue.

Update: I also shared this issue at check-out and the front desk couldn’t care less about the feedback.

The staff were super kind and extremely responsive. However, our room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the trash can and recycling were full. The toilet and tub were also dirty. I cleaned with some wipes, but once I saw the mold we called the front desk. She came up immediately, apologized, and happily put is into another room. Due to her kindness we stayed, but I ultimately wanted a refund and to leave. We did not receive any further compensation. The next room was better; however, the bathroom had a sour smell similar to the initial room. There isn't enough ventilation or they are cleaning with sour rags. I would not stay again.

Clean room, lobby, elevator, halls.
Free coffee 24/7, drinking fountain with water bottle refill. 2nd floor exits to back parking which is idea for close loading off of luggage cart. This hotel is etched in a hill. Prompt responsive service for missing remote at late check in, 11:30pm. Best of all affordable for a quick stop over en route to destination. Complimentary breakfast. Free parking. Modern, clean.

My husband sends me here once or twice a year for a weekend of sleep and relaxation. I'm a Mom of two young children that barely gets a moment to breathe or take a minute for myself. I absolutely love this Best Western Plus. It has been so clean every stay I have had. The beds, sheets and comforters are soooo comfy. The bathrooms have always been clean, the showers are hot and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers are so nice! The employees have always been very kind. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. There is a nice amount of hot and cold foods to choose from. And the coffee machine in the lobby is awesome. I spend the majority of my weekend stay in my room sleeping or watching tv and just enjoying no responsibilities for a few days. This last stay over this weekend, I was in a room on the 6th floor (the quiet floor) and it was wonderful. I just can't say enough good things about this hotel and look forward to staying here every time!
