This was my first time staying at this property. It was easy to access, had plenty of parking, and was conveniently located near the interstate and a variety of restaurants and shopping options. I used the mobile check-in feature, so I never had the opportunity to interact with the hotel staff.||The hotel’s common areas were clean but felt somewhat dated and worn from frequent use. I would hope a remodel or refresh is planned soon. The room was spacious and clean. Although there seemed to be quite a few other guests, it was quiet, with walls thick enough to filter out noise from neighboring rooms.||I only stayed for one night. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but I also had no complaints or concerns. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

My wife and I stopped at this location and were totally impressed with the location, the staff and the room was so comfortable and clean. We definitely will be adding this location to our favourites! I might add that there is a great restaurant 4 min away that serves an amazing steak!

The hotel is pretty outdated and could use an upgrade. I’m a platinum member and not greeted with any recognition. Front desk clerk was somewhat indifferent. The bistro was ok and the server at night was very nice. Limited menu and food was ok. The outlets by the bed didn’t work, very inconvenient.

This is a fine hotel, and the breakfasts are always good. However, beware of the youth ice hockey teams that stay here for tournaments (Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks especially). The kids - and their parents - are unruly, inconsiderate, and obnoxious. There are supposed to be quiet hours at the hotel starting at 10:00 p.m., but the kids are running in the hallways, playing hockey in the hallways, and yelling or talking loudly. The "adults" party and couldn't care less what the children are doing. They have absolutely no regard for any other guests. The hotel staff can only do so much, so I don't blame them, but it makes for an extremely unpleasant experience for the other guests. DO NOT stay here when hockey tournaments are going on. Call the hotel first to find out.

Disappointed experience.

10:30pm last night the fire alarm went off for at least 10 minutes so we thought we need to evacuate. Went to the lobby with my 5 months old baby only to find out that there is a planned power outage in the area and everything is fine. The hotel never mentioned a word to anyone knowing the planned power outage is tonight. No hot water, no heater the whole room was freezing from 10:30 all the way until 8am this morning. Trying to call the hotel operation , front desk and no one was answering. We had no idea when the power would come back. Wanted to find out from staff if the hotel had any back up plans but no one was available to answer any questions.

Update: talked to the manager and he was willing to listen. Just hoping for better communication next time and prepare your guest for things like this. Or maybe just even offer an extra blanket or some hot water would make the situation a lot better. Thank you!

Stayed here for one night on our recent trip to Pittsburgh and was very impressed. Great value and a really nice area with lots of food and shopping options nearby. We were stopping on our way from Pittsburgh to Ohio, so the location was good for us but it is a little ways out of the city so maybe not the easiest access to downtown if that’s what you’re looking for.

Room was very clean and nice. We had a handicap accessible room so the bathroom had a walk in shower which was nice. Good water pressure. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. We got a free breakfast voucher with our room rate. The price of the food was pretty high, we probably would not have eaten there if it wasn’t included in our rate. But the food was good and the service was nice.

Overall would recommend staying here. Clean and convenient.

Decent hotel but great location. It's close to a ton of restaurants so grabbing food & drinks is a breeze.

We were part of a group and received good service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The tub needs better anti-slip protection. Food was good in the bistro, drinks were nice in the bar. All staff were pleasant and helpful.
