This was my first solo trip on A Country Christmas in Nashville, TN.and everyone was so nice and friendly. Diane and Jay were terrific and didn't miss any details. He even took a detour so we could see where The Pickers were. The hotel offered so many activities and all our dinner shows were great. I already have my next trip booked.

Went to Williamsburg Va. Great trip, excellent driver and host. Rain like crazy and they found something else for us to do. Great job. Sorry they are retiring. Gonna miss them

I have been taking R&J trips for sooo long I can't remember when I started. It has to be 20 + years. I have never been mistreated or cheated. I just went on the July Wildwood day trip and it was just as great as it has been for the past several years. I love driver Jen. I hope she hears that a lot from all the passengers.

Not a fan of bus rides, but our Driver, Richard was super great at staying alert, in his own lane, and only a tad above speed limit! Bus Assistant lady did not give us our tickets we paid for until the split second before entering the building.

On a trip currently to Ocean city. Driver is fantastic, accommodating and made sure we made it here on time and safely. Not much more to say except top notch work.

Thanks for wasting $700 of our hard earned money! You cancel the bus after how many months and assuring that we would fit the schedule to go to the Broadway show of Hamilton!!! Unacceptable and you let a 8 yr old down for her birthday, no “I’m sorry or anything just a refund check in the mail.
This will is bad business and a bad move on your part.
Shame on you R and J tours!

I have been booking with this company for at least 11 years. I havent had many issues with them until now. I booked a trip to NYC for a free day and they told me they would call if they had another date available sooner. A few days later, I received a call and a voicemail that they had openings and were moving my reservation up. I then called back and spoke to someone who confirmed this date. The day before we were suppose to leave, I called to confirm. They told me I wasnt in for that date that they moved me to a date that wasnt even discussed. They would not admit fault. I made several phone calls to them, leaving voicemails, and they never followed up. After many attempts, I spoke to the owner 4 days later and she was very arrogant, would not accept fault, blamed the customer, and could not understand why we were so upset. I had to force an apology out of her and she offered us nothing for THEIR mistake. Its ashame that this owner treats her customers that way. Her customers are her business. Her employees are pleasant but she was terrible. I will doubtfully book there again and I book a few trips a year. After this, I wouldnt recommend this. Very disappointed.

What seems like a lifetime ago, I arranged a few outings/trips for my son's Cub Scout Troop. Using R & J was a stress-free decision! We visited Historic Philadelphia and The Franklin Institute. Another trip via R & J was to Washington DC Monuments, Memorials and The Smithsonian.

With relatives, went with R & J to a casino as well as shopping in PA outlets/to an out of area mall.

Would love to get to a Steelers' game one day! (My late Dad was born and raised in Pittsburgh. Immediate family are born Pittsburgh fans, not that we don't feel good about Phillies', Eagles' or Flyers' Championships! #PAProud)
