Had a MAJOR BLOCKAGE ! And when I tell you these gentlemen Matt, Mark , Jim and Brian really a god sends. I have a whole other level of appreciation for plumbers. Because they went through heck to get it open but they did and I’m very appreciative. They’re kind courteous and cleanly. And I’d recommend them and the services to anyone.

Top notch company! I had my boiler cleaned and a mixing valve installed. Joe and Mark did a fantastic job they were prompt to arrive, very professional, thorough, and informative on explaining things as they got to work. I had the main line to my home break, and called losch, Jim came out immediately to give me an estimate, and I was quoted about 6 grand LESS then I thought I'd be paying based on past experiences with other plumbers. I booked my date and paid my deposit and the work started!
I can not say enough good things about Butch Bob and Josh! I have anxiety and autism which basically means I'm the annoying customer watching everything you do, not because I don't trust you but because I want to see how it works! I explained that to the guys and they have all been so understanding and kind showing me how things work and telling me exactly what they're doing step by step so I know my home was taken care of! This was a long job 4 days in cold digging and busting butt, I have better water pressure now then I've ever had and my sidewalk is being poured today with all fresh fill and stones built back better then they ripped up, they cleaned as they went and kept my neighbors (who are nosey nancies) happy! I'd trust them with any job I need done and already have 2 more I'm going to get estimates for! 100% recommend!!! (Also losch was formerly owned by someone else so some of these older reviews do not reflect the current owner and company! Give them a try you won't regret the work!)

Had an oil burner emergency and woman on the phone gave me the run around despite the company having made repairs on my oil burner only a year ago. Absolutely despicable and rude customer service. Don't waste your time if you have an emergency.

Great professional service all around from the estimate to the install. We needed to have our heat pump/AC unit replaced. I honestly can not believe how fast it was from the time I signed the contract, system and parts to be ordered, and the complete install took less than 10 days. We are very pleased and now have nice cold air conditioning.

I had Losch install 3 in the wall a/c units. I am still waiting for them to return to finish the job! I also have issues with the installation that needs to be addressed. I initially gave this company a five star rating, but unfortunately I should have waited until the job was complete

Never returned my call. Called several plumbers. All that came up on Google search. They either didn't show or never called back. Called Roto-Rooter and they came out the next day.

I just wanted to say that Losch Services never disappoints! I am grateful for their knowledgeable technicians and friendly staff!
I called for a plumbing issue and was given a three hour window. The tech showed up in a timely manner, assessed my problem and knew immediately what the issue was. My part was ordered, the problem was fixed and everything is running smoothly! This was all done at a reasonable cost.
In reading some of the negative reviews, I feel they are more opinionated than an actual issue with the company. I am in the service industry myself and I know good customer service when I see it!
I plan on using Losch Services for my future bathroom remodel and will recommend them to everyone!
