Our experience with Mosaic rentals was truly wonderful! 

The entire process was seamless. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and supportive. And I found their prices to be very fair considering the quality of the linens themselves and the level of service.

Okay. Now for the fun stuff. The actual linens.

If you are on the fence about renting linens at all. If you are on the fence about going for the colored linen instead of the usual white. Or even going for a textured linen. Or, dare I say it, mixed linens! DO IT. And do it with Mosaic.
I was truly wowed by the selection of linens that Mosaic had!

Our wedding was all about vibrancy and warmth. So we initially went with a beautiful terracotta (rust orange in Mosaic’s portfolio) table linen that was a very nice, heavy and frankly expensive looking material. But then, under the advising of our wedding planner (Madeline Kelly Events) we also chose the vintage inspired, subtle yet somehow bold Rustic Chenile as well. Half of our tables had one and half had the other. And when I tell you, together the linens added so much depth to our design, and pulled all of our other design elements together – I am still underselling how great these were.

The reason I bring this up is because I did not see linens like this at other companies. I was so glad to see that Mosaic offered such cool and unexpected linens alongside the more traditional and elegant options. It shows how truly up to date they are with the trends of the industry!

TL:DR
PLEASE for the love of your vision and your photos – go with Mosaic linens. And, if you’re thinking about going for the bold linens – do it.

I scoured the web looking for the right linens for my wedding. I'm so happy that I found Mosaic, I couldn't have envisioned a better outcome.

I'm based out of VA, but my wedding was in PA. I traveled up to see the linens in person but was able to view pictures of the linens online, and Mosaic sent me samples I requested prior to the meet.

Noelle was fantastic to work with, very flexible and responsive via email. The linens were made with high-quality fabric and absolutely gorgeous.

The linens were shipped to me a couple of days prior to the wedding relatively inexpensively considering the wedding was about 5 hrs away from the location. I was hesitant they would arrive wrinkled (as they are packed in boxes), but they were perfect, we hung them up and hardly even needed steaming.

The return process was super simple, toss them in bags and drop them off at a FedEx/UPS.

Mosaic was so amazing and easy to work with, extremely responsive, and the selection and quality of their linens was by far the best we came across in Pittsburgh. Their showroom is also beautiful, with different chairs and tableware to get the full picture. What I loved most about working with Mosaic was they gave their honest opinion on what would look best from their experience, which is so appreciated by someone like me that has a hard time making decisions! Highly recommend to any bride and groom looking for a stress free vendor!

Mosaic Inc. was wonderful to work with!!! The prices were very reasonable for rentable linens and they had so many options. I sent my colors/style/venue ideas and the staff communicated with me and ultimately helped me decide on which linen would look best. My linens/colors matched the venue so well they wanted to keep the linens to use for other events lol. We loved the linens that we received from Mosaic for our wedding reception. We had an event the night before, and some of the linens got stained, but when we reached out to Mosaic, they immediately sent us replacements for the next day. The color combinations worked out great, and Heather was great in helping us decide what would work best for us. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
