Rhonda came recommended from my daughter who uses her services exclusively. I certainly agree that no one could work harder to insure that the vacation we were dreaming of came together seamlessly. My husband and I were not even sure of the type of destination we were looking forward to booking. We just knew that we wanted to celebrate our anniversary in some special way. We gave Rhonda some background information of things we enjoy, and in a day she gave us a choice of some places we might be interested in going. She shared with us her personal knowledge of places we may enjoy and when we decided which one was for us, she handled everything. She was available to answer any questions just about anytime and she never made me feel I was bothering her. I always felt she was truly invested in making sure we had the best time we could. Rhonda is by far the best travel agent out there! She was recommended to my husband and I out of the blue and I’m so thankful she was. She has now booked countless trips for us from cruises to trips to the Caribbean. Every trip has been seamless and down to the detail. There is never a worry with any vacation we plan as she is very informative and always responsive to any questions we may have. Anytime someone says they are going on vacation, I always tell them you have to call Rhonda! She planned the most amazing honeymoon for our friends consisting of a personal webpage of their itinerary. My only regret is I didn’t find her sooner. Rhonda was an absolute pleasure to work with! Planning a destination wedding can be really stressful but Rhonda helped guide us through the process. She helped us decide what resort to have our wedding at and was our liaison communicating with the resort on our behalf. She got us a room block, booked rooms, booked flights, and provided travel info to our 40+ guests. She even helped our family members who got stuck at the resort when they tested positive for covid and had to stay an extra 5 days. Her attention to detail and just being great at what she does meant that I could worry less about coordinating travel arrangements and spend more time planning our wedding. Rhonda helped us book travel to the Caribbean for our 7 year anniversary trip. This was also our first trip with our 9 month old baby girl. Rhonda went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect, from the room, to the dates, to our flight times. She even helped us change destinations late in our booking due to some concerns we had with our original choice and worked miracles with Apple to make sure we didn’t lose our deposit (I definitely suggest the travel insurance!).
