I wac traveling 64 west near Beckley WV yesterday. Bus # 9236 & 9237 we on the same road. I was traveling a bit faster then normal and these buses came by me like I was sitting still. I was around 75at the time the passed me loaded with people. I found that a bit disturbing. I thought it over so I called to report and got a real smart but on the phone named Natalie. She could have cared less what I was telling her. All she could say was the buses were govened. It doesn't matter, they were going to fast. I told her that I was also going to report her. She didn't care. Then after hanging up, she had the nerve to call back to say she pulled the live feed and would give it to the owners in the morning. It was to late then, I was already reporting her.
I will not and would not recommend this company to any one . They don't value your life with the speeds they travel . Don't use this company!!!! I never will

I just was on the New York City one-day bus trip and it was AMAZING!!!! This is a wonderful and professional company. Great and friendly staff. The bus driver, Allen (bus 9231), was super awesome, friendly, and helpful. I definitely was very satisfied and felt very safe. The driving was great especially with rain and snow. The bus was clean and warm. My sister, said Donna on the phone was very polite and helpful. I am so pleased with this company I will be booking future trips with them. I'm also going to recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you!!!

You get what you pay for. The bus was supposed to arrive at 6:45 a.m. and it arrived at 7:30. When we got on the bus it smelled old and like mildew. The outside of the bus looked like it had been in several accidents and chunks were missing. The seats were extremely scratchy and if you sat down too hard dust came off of the seat. One woman had to use her inhaler the dust was so bad. The seats were extremely old there was no outlets, cup holders, and foot rests. One seat had the emergency exit sticker upside down. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The bus had 1.3 million miles on it! The first bus driver didn’t even have a uniform. He was a HORRIBLE. He stopped in the middle of the trip to make a phone call and scroll through his texts. He had to ask for directions the whole way there. After we arrived at our destination the bus drivers switched. The second driver said the first driver was very new. The second driver had to ask for directions too! Absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

We recently went to Pigeon Forge Tennessee with Budget Charter bus tours. We had a fantastic time. Our bus driver was very accommodating.He was professional and he had excellent knowledge of the area. We have not one complaint about the entire trip !!! I would highly recommend budget charters bus tours to anyone ! We hope to take many more trips in the future with Budget Charters !!

This was our 1st trip with this company and we had a wonderful time. Even though the bus trip took 2 hours longer then expected it didn't hinder our experience. Hopefully we will go on another trip with them again soon.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owners are very unprofessional and rude. That's why they're rates are so cheap. You get what you pay for. Thumbs down.
