10/5/22 I had a lovely chat with a wonderful woman, sorry I didn't catch her name. She shared maps and info on the river walk which I was interested in and explained where to park. I found the parking without any trouble and I did the 5.1 mile walk before I checked into my hotel. She also told me about millionaire row, so I did that too. She also gave me ideas for restaurants. She was very helpful.

That town Williamsport,Pa died in the recession of 1989 and never recovered. Welfare, DRUGS, broken family's, crime, expensive rent, NO more factory jobs.
