We had our wedding reception here, and it was a truly incredible experience!

Chef Hosch and his staff worked with us every step of the way, to make sure everything was perfect. Chef Hosch was insistent that this was our day and met us where we were every step of the way. We were blown away from day one, and he continued to impress from then on - from the tasting to letting us visit the space several times. Chef Hosch was incredibly generous and accommodating, and that meant the world to us.

The menu for that night was to die for, and he was able to accommodate the most challenging of dietary needs for some of our guests. I still dream about how good the Mediterranean Mint Chicken was.

Further, the level of service that Chef Hosch and his team provided was second-to-none. They made sure all of our guests were having a great time and had everything they could need.

The space they have at the Carriage House is beautiful, and was able to hold a good-sized group having fun and dancing all night, without people tripping over each other.

There are not enough stars to give, and we cannot thank Chef Hosch and his team enough. The best we can do is reccomend that anyone looking to have an event or a wedding reception reach out to Chef Hosch. You won't be disappointed!

We had our 40th wedding anniversary party at The Carriage House and we just can't say enough good things about the whole experience. The venue is lovely, the food was delicious and everyone involved was thoughtful and helpful . Chef Hosch helped develop a great menu. They made the event so stress free; we had nothing to do but enjoy ourselves.

The food was pleasant (greens salad w balsamic, roasted salmon w ? cucumber sauce maybe, roast beef, asparagus, and mashed potatoes). The balsamic was very good. The roast beef and salmon were pretty good but needed seasoning. The asparagus was super delicious. The mashed potatoes were also pretty good but needed salt. I figure, that caterers need to appeal to a large diverse group and so don't load up on too much seasoning or salt, so not sure it's surprising that most of the food needed seasoned. The quality and presentation and cook temps were all very good, so I would recommend.

They serve incredible food at a good price The value you get compared to restaurants in the area is amazing. The Chef can make anything and its all wonderful. The serve small parties to large events and have a kitchen on wheels they can bring to your location. If your looking for incredible food at reasonable prices and a memorable meal, these guys are who to call.
