I stayed at Wolf Run Manor at Treasure Lake from Fri Oct. 22 to Wed Oct 27, 2021. I left early due to poor weather and feeling isolated since most buildings in Wolf Run were closed up for the winter.

At this time of year, the check in office is only open to check you in. Otherwise you call Crown Resort number for help. Called Friday after 5 with TV issue, and maintenance came Monday morning.

Wolf Run are located down steep hill. Most exterior lights are off. Doors are not dead bolt. Furniture and carpets are old. Linens are thin and worn. Did not have full supply of dishwasher soap or paper towels.Bathrooms need updating. I slipped in the shower insert. Screens have holes.
Some cable channels are upside down. Fitness equipment is very worn out. Decks and balcony are risky.

I did have newer appliances and dishes, and unit was clean. Area is very quiet with a lot to do if you drive. We drove 2 hours to visit Flight 93 Memorial, well worth it. Elk center and Straub Brewery were fun. Must try Scotty' Donuts in Dubois.

I planned ahead and brought own blankets. Would visit in fall again since I know what to expect. Lake looks like fun in summer. Just needs real updates inside and out!

The resort location is nice. The golf course view is nice. But the timeshare townhouses are very run down. Old stained carpeting, worn out beds, exterior siding has black and green mildew, cheap plastic chair and table on deck covered with black dirt and mildew, sloppy garden area at front steps with black landscape plastic bunched up. No apparent maintenance happening at this place.

A relative passed away, I paid the maintenance fees he owed two years ago and sent the death certificate, I informed by email, writing, by phone, by post, sent in the death certificate multiple times communicating that his debt has been fully paid, he will no longer be making payments, and is releases of obligation via death. A deceased person who has not even used the property in over a decade is still receiving maintenance fees that will go unpaid. And they shall. There is no one to sign over the deed and these people are greedy uncaring, unresponsive, and have terrible unjust business practices. Do not get a time share here

Terrible check in experience. No one available at check in. Security wouldn't let us in. Poor lighting on roads made signs hard to see. Unit is very run down. Old appliances, our stove top had a loose element. Carpet very stained and worn. Stay away!! Won't be back.

After reading some of the reviews I was second guessing our reservation but we loved it. Very beautiful area, especially in the fall. Yes, the units are a bit outdated but the appliances were all newer. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals instead of eating out the whole time.
Great price for a 7 night stay, will definitely book here again!

After I booked this place on line, I called the resort to make sure they received my reservation. They did not mention one word about stopping at a drop box and getting a packet that had a map and the keys in!! Needless to say it was just my daughter and I and the directions on the card weren’t that good. We finally found it after about a half an hour. Everyone a year ago commented that they need updated! They still do!! Mattresses are probably from 1980!!
Owner’s!!!! When we go to a hotel the mattress is the thing we need the most to be comfortable!!! You should at least invest the money in those!!!
