I worked with sissy and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing. From the beginning to the end. Everything was perfect for our wedding reception! I was so nervous with me being from another state but she made it everything so smooth. The venue was beautiful and more than enough space for my guests. The outside was stunning if I could do this night over again I wouldn’t change a single thing !

Diamond Events does such a great job for all the catering services they have provided us both personally and for my business. I've known and worked with Chef Maurice and his staff for almost 20 years and they have superseded our expectations time and time again with great quality food and their staff is always professional and a pleasure to work with. They've catered corporate events for us for many guests, we've used their portable bartending services, all the way down to Thanksgiving dinner for our family and they always do a terrific job. I highly recommend them, they are our go to for all our catering needs.

Chef Maurice and his team provided an amazing holiday meal for the AV Vegas holiday party. Everyone was so happy with the selection and the amazing service. The flavors were perfect and the pot roast was "melt in you mouth" delicious.

I hired Diamond Events for an office holiday party and for our wedding and they were fantastic. Professional, courteous, and the food was amazing (their spinach turnovers and their Beef Wellingtons are excellent). They worked with me on price and timing and were really communicative when any changes needed to be made or when I had questions. Definitely recommend them as a caterer but also as an event planner. Also, they provided a fantastic cake and desserts, too.

I hired Diamond events for my Xmas gathering, and they did not disappoint! Arrived on time and set up was a breeze. Once the guests arrived the food was a hit but the prime rib was the home run! Chef Maurice even threw in some extra crab cakes and goodies for dessert. Thank you for helping to make the holidays even more special and stress-free, Chef—You have yourself a new fan!
