My GF had her 30th birthday in vegas and i wanted to surprise her with balloons for her birthday. We had last minute changes in plans so it was hard to nail down when and where to have them delivered.

Enter Stephanie with Balloon pros. After calling several services early in the morning, she was the only one who could pull off the super secret balloon delivery to our hotel room in the time we had. She was very responsive, professional and the costs were upfront and a breeze to process payment.

Would recommend 10/10! She made my GFs birthday so much more special and i couldnt thank her enough!!!!

My experience with Stephanie from Balloon Pros Las Vegas requires more stars than 5. I had a friend from work flying to Vegas to get married. I wanted to do something nice for the newlyweds and found Balloon Pros after the hotel they were staying at refused to do anything. Stephanie put together a beautiful, personalized balloon arrangement that was delivered right on time. Stephanie communicated effectively through each step of the process and provided a hand written card with my congrats message to the bride & groom. Thank you Stephanie!! Stephanie is incredible! I called at the last minute (48 hrs) requesting two ballon arrangements to celebrate my twins 21st birthday. She was even able to personalize each of the arrangements. She facilitated my request immediately and was so thoughtful and kind, delivering the arrangements personally to our hotel. Her pricing is more than fair, especially in consideration of the fact that she had to walk through the casino and deliver them to our rooms on the 31st floor. You could not work with a sweeter and more thoughtful person. Thank you for making our celebration just a little more special Stephanie!
