What kind of a bus company allows 5 of their buses in a row to go 55 in the LEFT LANE on I95? They’re holding up traffic for miles. Even the semi trucks are going faster than them. I get not all buses can go that fast, but be courteous of other drivers and stay in the right lane if you’re going to go 55 when the speed limit is 70.

5-day NY Waterfalls trip with Jose Alvarez at the wheel was most enjoyable!! Professional, friendly and maneuvered that big bus like it was nothing!! Appreciate you Jose and thanks for the ride!!

I’m sorry to write this review, however, after dealing with them, I would like to warn seniors about this. My sister put a $200 deposit down on a trip. The trip needed a passport and she no longer has one. She is 84 years old and quite confused. I called to talk with someone about getting her money back. Judy was all ready with her comeback as I’m sure they take a deposit and don’t make sure people have their passports ( do not have the time to even procure a new one!). That’s a quick $200 for them.

I realize we have to take some responsibility for this, but Judy was not the nicest person to talk to and could have handled this situation better.

By the way, the friend she was going with did not have a passport either and also lost $200.

If you’re going to work with seniors, please remember their minds do not always work as quickly as yours. Please don’t take advantage of them.

Both Willie and Clyde truly extended quality customer service during the P.E.O. Sisterhood International Convention in Pittsburgh, PA., 9/21-24/23. Always cheerful and concerned for our safety during transport. While a bus might be completely full, or only occupied by one, the desire to get their passengers to the correct destination was always forefront. Thank you for helping make a convention of 1,600+ run smoothly.

Not a very organized trip to NYC. Wellington Hotel had problems. Dallas BBQ was not good. Tour guide in NY was great. Best part of trip. Never did see sections of NY that were on itinerary. Difficult to get a hold of any one in the office. Had plenty of time to see more of NY but it was not used. Parade in NY cancelled last day of sightseeing. Disappointment.

Bus 944 may have the worst driver of all time .. cutting off traffic left and right .. wildly out of control … in a row of three busses all driving like mad men .. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re drunk

Went on a bus tour to Cleveland Ohio and the main stop West Side Market is closed on Thursdays, the same day the tour scheduled to visit. Not only was this company rude and refused a refund because they couldn’t take five minutes to look at the market hours, they knew ahead of time and did not inform everyone who spent their time and money for this bus trip. Needless to say there was an entire bus full of angry people who will NEVER use this company again and will also be leaving reviews.
