In Nov. 2024, I booked 5 staterooms on Norwegian Cruise Line for a 12 day Alaska land/cruise for 12 family members through Debbie Minnich @ Barefoot Excursions. I was a first time "cruiser" so knew nothing about how to begin. Debbie was great at finding discounted pricing, changing our invoice as specials came up. Most important was her patience and willingness to provide and explain so much information that was extremely sketchy and poorly defined on the NCL website. She responded VERY quickly to my numerous texts, emails, and phone calls over the 4 mo. time from booking to final payment. No way I could have understood the lingo, the excursion booking process, the setting up of 5 individual accounts, 1/stateroom, the available packages, etc.; I couldn't have moved forward without her. One week before final payment, I had to cancel the trip due to an unexpected major health issue. Debbie reversed the process and politely and expeditiously explained the cancelation process, her tasks and mine. Within a few days, the cancelation was complete and confirmed by NCL. Thank you, Debbie, for NEVER making me feel like I was wasting your time and for responding even on Sundays, your 1 day off. Debbie spent four months of planning with me with no commission at the end, and yet never sounded impatient or frustrated with me. I highly recommend working with Debbie at Barefoot Excursions.
