I really hoped 360 would be a good place for my daughter to play and have fun while learning skills and get encouragement from her coaches. She has been on a league here and her coaches (first and third game) so far are young and inexperienced and stand back and don’t coach much. It seems as if the coaches let domineering players dictate the whole game. Many girls are left on the sidelines without being rotated in. I really feel sad for them because they just have to watch from the sidelines while some girls seem to do what they want. I feel like we have wasted time and money here. I’d like to get some of my money back but they never answer the phone - only get a message system. I got my makeup bag stolen there and the seating for parents is not ideal. Very tight seating and not all nets down so be careful and watch for flying balls at your head.
I want to add that I did see some good coaches there interacting and teaching with the other leagues so I know they have some good ones but we just didn’t get one of them.

I had the worst time checking in my daughter for the first time at the facility. After showing the receptionist my order number she just kept saying ā€œI can’t find herā€. Proceeded to have random conversations and just left me waiting there without an urgency to check my daughter in for 10 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! It’s not until I told her, ā€œ I can just sign her up another time ā€œ,my daughter’s name magically appeared in the system. I was livid ready to go home and get my money back , but the coaches there made everything much better . My daughter received so much attention, you can tell everyone there truly loves coaching the girls. There was about 40 girls and 4 coaches all split evenly into groups . It’s my daughter’s first time ever playing volleyball or even hearing about it, snd in those two hours it grew on my daughter. She’s already looking forward to Friday! I highly recommend, just be ready to go in there even earlier to check your daughter in, the front lady will make you late.

I had a mixed experience at 360 Volleyball club. While the club itself is amazing and my daughter enjoyed playing there, there were some issues that need to be addressed. The coaches at 360 are a mix of amazing and not so great. While some coaches are dedicated and involved, others seem to lack the skills and professionalism needed to effectively coach young players. Communication with the club is also lacking, as I have submitted multiple requests for private lessons and request to discuss development with no response

My daughter played under Coach Harneem this season and while things started off well, there were issues towards the end of the season. Coach Harneem seemed to lack the respect of the players and parents, and there was a noticeable lack of development in the girls' technique. Additionally, there were instances of Coach Harneem degrading players and spreading false information about team and club dynamics. Many parents on the team, including myself, have concerns about the club's politics. I thought it was going to be a ā€œfamilyā€ type club but we learned quickly if you don’t kiss up to the right person things will be a fight for you. I would not let my dog play for Harneem.

Despite these issues, my daughter still wants to try out for 360 again. There’s a few coaches that she just feel will take her to the next level. She loves the culture at the club, but we are also considering trying out at other clubs due to the lack of player development and professionalism we experienced this season. Overall, while 360 Volleyball club has potential, there are areas that need improvement in order to provide a positive and growth-focused experience for young players.

Absolutely love this Club. My daughter is starting her third season and has improved a lifetime. Tough with love. Coaches push with compassion and grades come first. Coach Lindsay and Z, are involved and show up to school games. Coach Bridget and Monisa are on point and answer every question and text. Coach Clarence is on every court and a father figure. I love it and so does my daughter. They teach not only sports but life skills that can help my daughter every day. She can't get to practice quick enough and never wants to leave at the end of practice. #360volleyball for life

I honestly regret putting my child in this club.
There’s one very clear problem which is management and by that I mean Clarence and Bridget.
Clarence is amazing kind smart understanding positive and uplifting. He is one man so for him to know everything that goes on is nearly impossible. But at the same time I know for a fact he has been told by multiple parents of the concerns and politics going on at 360.If you have a concern or issue and go up the chain of command Both Clarence and Monisa will direct you back to Bridget which is useless because she does not document or manage situations.
We played for two seasons and the 1st season we had little to no complaints besides the fact that my child amongst others were bullied called names yelled at and taunted on social media by 360 parents.I followed the chain of command ,reported the incident to coach then Bridget then Monisa .At that time I didn’t realize Clarence was open to hear concerns.Basically Bridgett goes on to victim blame and says it was our fault for not letting her know sooner. But I think she forgot I have emails screen shots of her not answering my calls text etc 🤭Bridget never reported the incident to Monisa so when I reached out to Monisa she was lost.I will say Monisa is very organized but again she doesn’t handle much conflict resolution in other words we are to reach out to Bridget first .
Anyways the solution was offering HP camp for free.Which didn’t solve anything as the parent was welcomed back to 360 to continue verbally bashing other players.Well We went and HP is a waist of time and money. You will end up paying around $500 for your kid to play Queen of the court all day.Bridgett basically badmouthed kids all throughout camp.Unfortunately she still doesn’t know to this day that I know most of the coaches OUTSIDE of 360.So gossip traveled fast.Sad that this behavior is coming from a director. And when I addressed her behavior she flipped the script and said she was evaluating kids.Non Kaos kids take that much evaluation all season and off season.

We were semi convinced to comeback to 360 by 3 other coaches who all said things happen and to just try again. So we decide to give a go at season 2 .Just to try and see if this would be it or maybe the problem was just an honest mistake.
But no Another issue again -multiple reports from multiple moms go to Bridget about a child who thought it was okay to be racist and used racist terms towards her teammates .It took a threatening letter /petition to Monisa and Clarence to get the issue addressed.Again after MUTIPLE PARENTS REPORTED THE ISSUE TO BRIDGETT.And in that meeting it was very apparent Bridget lied and failed to report what actually happened to multiple children.Which none included my daughter thankfully but I sat in because Clarence called a team meeting .During that meeting no minutes were taken,Bridgett kept saying ā€œoh I thoughtā€ instead of saying WHAT SHE REPORTED.So unprofessional and she came in talking about her Christianity like that was a reason for incompetence.I don’t know if she kept bringing that up so parents felt bad for her or what. But anyways take these two examples as a warning .As a parent someone in an administrative position is supposed to act accordingly and document incidents correctly which did not happen .My mind just wanders - what other incidents are being reported and swept under the rug.
At the end of the day I have a hard time placing my daughter in a club where the ā€œdirector ā€œ aka Bridgett has never played volleyball and has no professional directorial experience. And the lack of accountability is a definite NO in my book.
Until administration can conduct business ethically and responsibly 360 will continue to have one of the largest turnover rates which is sad for a lower producing club .

This volleyball program is by far the best in the area! The expectations, dedication, and work ethic that is taught here makes this program nothing short of amazing! We are so thankful for the guidance that the coaches give to the players. The coaching that my daughter received here made her a better player and was a factor in her receiving college offers! Thank you so much and we are forever a part of the 360 family!
