We just stayed in one of the OZ Trail chalets, Flo Ride, in Bella Vista . The home is absolutely beautiful lighting with so much natural lighting from the big living room windows overlooking the back yard. On the deck you can view the Back 40 trails and watch mountain bikers zip by every few minutes. It’s peaceful and relaxing and close to so many things to do in Bella Vista, Bentonville, and even Eureka Springs. The hosts are so communicative as well and want to ensure their guests are enjoying their stay.

Really awesome house, very nicely decorated inside and super comfortable stay for Airbnb! The host was really great and had everything we needed. Back 40 trail is literally in the backyard! Really nice property. This side of Bella Vista is some of the best for more quiet and scenic trails!

New, clean and quiet. The hot tub was perfect and private. Comfortable bed and furniture. Kitchen could use a few more things for cooking, and kitchen linens. Garage was a plus. Overall a great stay.

Such a beautiful place to stay! This house has everything we need and it’s right on the back 40 trail! We can ride out right from the garage! This house also comes equipped with a bike work station in the garage! I posted a picture where you can see how close the sale is!
