Great place to have a gathering or party.
The room provided for the event was very elegant,stylish and modern. The staff mainly one gentleman detail cleaned before we arrived and provided excellent service and help we needed to decorate and have fun throughout the evening.
The lady that served adult beverages was very fast. There was never a wait in line to get a cocktail and she smiled with guest and kept a professional and courteous attitude throughout the evening.
If you want to have an event.
I highly recommend this banquet hall.
I must also mention the parking was very good as well.
And this place is easy to get to by Uber,cab,personal vehicle or Septa Transportation.

The space is good but communication is horrible. Very hard to get straight answers when asking questions, its always do you want to move forward or resend a link. Umm that didn't answer my question...Prices are reasonable if you are keeping it simple. Other than that they will nickel and dime you and charge for every little thing. Time for setup should not be based on whether it's being catered or not. Catering menu for should be able to be considered for adjustments cause it be thing that ppl don't eat and it would be a waste of money cause nobody going to eat it. Just be mindful when booking thst everything is in writing. Definitely about the money and not about the customer and what will make the event a success..

This was suppose to be the most joyous and spectacular event being that it was my first baby shower to celebrate finally being a mom. My 1st complaint was the bar situation. I told them that I didn't want a bar because none of my guest drinks alcohol. They charged me against my wishes and refused to refund the money. And we weren't allowed to put our own drinks or anything near to the bar. I guess it was only about money to them. The bar is still a cash bar even after you get charged against your wishes. Again, feeling taken advantage of on my special day!
2nd Complaint: Since the contract is supposed to be followed (but that could be me being naive) as detailed as possible, we did not receive the 6ft tables that was supposed to be for the food. When it was requested, the worker was unable to provide it, and my family was upset because the tablecloths were bought to fit 6ft and not the small square tables. Again, this is false advertising or information, and it was something within the contract but was not honored. But yet insisted on following the contract. Sounds a little contradicting!
3rd complaint is having guests from the other event attend my event! I had to explain to a couple that they were at the wrong party and asked them to leave after consuming my food and drinks. My guest did not do that to the other event. Why was there no sign or a staff member put in charge of ensuring guests were well informed about two events happening simultaneously so that everything would be clear? But again, it was left up to me to do everything on my special day, right? Noted!

This was the worst event I have ever attended, especially since it was my first baby shower. What I expected on their end did not happen or was not provided. It is sickening to know that no one cared, and I spent my hard-earned money just like anyone else to be left feeling taken advantage of and misled. Had I known this is how they ran their business, I would have gladly gone elsewhere.
They don't care about your needs, just want to take your money and make you feel as though you have been scammed!!

I visited here many times with my family when I lived on the East Coast. Food is excellent staff very professional!

It was beautifully set up and the party was lit! The venue is very nice and the pricing is reasonable. Want to throw an event? This is your place!

The menu was very nice.Large and spacious all you would need to do is to dress it up with table decorations balloons etc..2 rooms 1 holds about 100 ppl

The other about 200..very nice..good location..parking is limited

I had my birthday party here last week and it was phenomenal! The food was the absolute best! The staff was so kind and helpful. And I really enjoyed working with the Events Director, she is very detailed, prompt, and helpful. I will be having many more events here.

This banquet hall is very spacious and and clean and has adequate bathrooms to accommodate a huge gathering. Parking is an issue....I got lucky find parking on my first time around almost before circling the block again.
