My family and I had a wonderful time! The house is comfortable. The view is amazing and it feels like you are inside a treehouse. We really enjoyed everything. Next time we come we will bring our bikes. I highly recommend coming to the Mod Lodge

This is my third time staying at the Mod Lodge. We’ve done group bike trips and stayed here, and this time brought the family from out of town to share NWA.

The location is beautiful, feels entirely secluded and it’s the only house on the street. Landscaping is gorgeous, the house is professionally decorated and looks amazing, there’s a lot of room for everyone to spread out, and the back deck is one of my favorite morning coffee spots anywhere.

If you’re a biker, they’ve fully equipped the place with a bike workstation, cleaning station, and garage racks, and super fun and flowy trails right out the back door. Plus you’re right down the road from the MTB playground that is bentonville.

For non-bikers, there are awesome hikes that are accessible for all ages, and a ton to do in town. On this trip we went to Coler for the hike/bike accessible Airship coffee and Rise stair climb, multiple museums, shopping, and restaurants.

If there’s one airbnb I wish I could live in full time, this is it ?

We had a big group of friends that was planning a float trip this summer with kids in tow. When we saw this property, we knew we had to make this the choice for our stay. Our kids loved the bunk bedroom so much! It was so nice to have bigger bunk beds instead of twin sizes, and there were even little chargers and lights in each one. No detail is left spared for this location. We loved walking the trails in the back, there was so much to see. There were also so many items that I typically must bring with me when I stay at Air BnB’s that were stocked at this property. They even had a well-stocked coffee bar! One of favorite features was also the huge back deck that pretty much lines the whole house itself, there was so much seating outside decorated with pillows galore. May seem like something small, but it really gave the location such an inviting, and comfort feel to it. Tanner was extremely responsive and helpful, reaching out to check in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. If we had a question, he replied almost immediately. We will definitely be using this as a go to for every time we are in the area, and I can’t stress enough how awesome of an experience the whole place was. It’s still hands down my oldest son’s favorite house we have every stayed in. Stay here!
