The owner showed up to my door sent by a POA. He then proceeded to tell my wife that our lawn must be kept up to "golf course quality." He says it must be edged and mowed regularly while he is literally standing on my driveway looking at the edged recently mowed lawn. He then proceeds to show pictures of said "violations" and it isn't even our house. He then says well are your Mr and Mrs x. We tell him no and he says it must be who you are renting from. We again tell him it is not and tell him their name. It is a complete lack of awareness and not to mention waste of time.

Before moving to Bella Vista we rented several houses / townhouses with them for vacations. They were always friendly and helpful and the properties were nice, clean and as advertised. In the last few years before moving up we began to utilize other sources (apps, Internet) since VRI was and still is slow to implement technology. However if you like that old school Bella Vista check-in experience at Town Center you gotta call VRI.

I have personally rented from Vacation rentals in Bella Vista AR for the last 5 years. I have never had a late payment and last week I received a call from Chris and said my son and I have to move out by April 27th ? The both of us are working and was not offered any help to find another place to live Chris is an IDIOT!!!!

I have never experienced such instant hostility on the phone before as I have speaking with this company. There is no reason to speak so rudely to a polite person who is calling to ask a general, innocent question. I will never work with this company in any fashion.

Misleading information, sloppy service, carbon monoxide detector didn't work, dinette light didn't work and shower tub didn't drain good. Very dlow checkout. Wouldn't recommend.

they advertise that they have apartments and houses and coops they have all types of rentals and they don't they don't have apartments for rent because I went there personally when I was looking for my new apartment all they have is like corporate housing and corporate apartments that are furnished and that they rent by the week
