Big Top was wonderful to work with, the tent, tables and bar was beautiful and the setup crew was awesome. Super friendly and made sure everything was setup just perfect. I really appreciate everything they did for our wedding, even the ability to add heater on last minute. Highly recommend for any event!

Susan was absolutely fabulous to deal with. We were able to have our delivery made to a second location due to to surprise party. Susan was so accommodating and helpful. The wooden padded chairs are sturdy and comfortable. The price was reasonable, deliver and pickup perfect. Also, neighbor states gentlemen whom delivered tables and chairs were also very kind.
Thank you again Sue and crew, we will think of you again if ever needed and will recommend you to all.

We had a great experience when we rented for New Year’s Eve. So we decided to reserve 2 tables and chairs and an ice table for our 4th of July party. We reserved them on June 14th and after calling them one last time to confirm, they gave our tables away to a corporate event.
Terrible business practice. Maybe we aren’t renting out 100 tables, but we have referred so many people to you after our positive experience in December. With barely even an apology.
So you can rent for great prices, but if someone is paying more or they are more important than you, they’ll give away your reserved item.

I called last week to ask about renting chairs. The guy that answered the phone should probably not be allowed to talk to customers. I try to be super nice to any customer service representative I have to do business with because I used to work in customer service myself and I know how awful the general public can be. This dude was rude and confrontational as soon as he picked up the phone. Any question I asked was met with a condescending answer. I was eventually told to call back on monday and talk to Susan. I did that, and she told me she would call me back to let me know if they were allowing pick ups this Friday. I left my name and number with susan, and I never received a call back. So I called later that day just to touch base. The previous man answered the phone, basically scolded me for calling, and got extra snippy with my when I told him susan didn't call me back. I ended up having to talk to this grown man like he was child having a tantrum. I was told to call back this morning, I did and no one answered. So I called Trusty Tables instead, set up a time for delivery and paid for it all in 5 minutes. Plus the girl answering phones there is super sweet and personable. All in all, maybe you guys should try to find someone else to speak to your customers, and get back to people in a timely fashion. I'm super patient when it comes to this stuff, but this was wild.

Great price for small amount of chairs I needed to rent for a graduation party. However, very difficult to work with in returning the chairs. Limited hours to return the chairs, need to take time off from work to return the chairs.
