Thought I would stop by for food and gas today. It’s a Saturday around 6:30pm. It was a bad experience all around. The parking lot was crazy packed so I had to wait for a pump.. there was no hot food left not even 1 slice of pizza.. and there was a line for the cash register about 7 people long. I just left and got food somewhere else. Last time I try that idea.

Steven has been at this Casey's going on over 9+ years now. I really appreciate his professional customer service and he always seems to remember me and ask how I've been. Little things like that really make a difference to people, even on their worst days. I'll keep going to this Casey's and will go out of my way to see him and have his service whenever I can.

Never fails every time I visit this Casey’s there will be one worker behind the register with a line of 10 plus customers. Im having time to write this review while im waiting in line. There are atleast two other workers working in the kitchen area. Why can Casey’s not have their employees cross trained to help out during busy rushes ? Or atleast have to tellers at the registers during busy hours. This poor gentleman is working both registers at the same time and still being drowned by the flood of customers with no help. While other workers are stocking supplies in the kitchen.

Trish, Shane, and the kitchen person are awesome! Trish was very apologetic with delivery a few minutes late it was no biggie!! They showed up with HOT pizza ready to eat! They showed up ready to work when others may not have and deliver fresh pizzas. The world needs more employees like this group at the Bella Vista Casey’s

Have been a regular at this Casey's for a long time now. But, will not be ordering food from there anymore. Had quit for awhile due to my orders consistently being messed up so badly, but decided to give it another try today, April 2, 2022. Big regrets. Ordered a BACON cheeseburger pizza. It lists as coming with beef, bacon, onions, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. It came with NO bacon, no onions, so basically a beef pizza we paid a specialty price for. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap, lists as having grilled chicken, BACON and your choice of veggies and cheese. Again, NO bacon. Ordered a supreme pizza, came with no onions, maybe 10 or so olives and 8 green peppers. Ordered cheesy bread sticks, that had been prepared who knows how long ago, as they were cold and hard. I used to love this Casey's and their food, but if every time I order it will not be up to par, or even just what it's supposed to be, then I don't want to shell out money for sub-par quality. If the store is out of something, then they should let the customer know so they can decide if they want to change their order.

I dont live in Bella Vista but happen to run by this Casey's to cash in some winning scratch offs. While in line, the older gentleman cashier made it very clear that he hates the Arkansas lottery and that he cant wait to quit. Said out loud that he has been there 7 years and has an interview. Well after hearing he hated customers coming to buy, cashin or anything to do with lottery, i decided to leave with my scratch offs. He sure was opinionated, just do your job dude! If you hate it so much, why be there so long and make customers feel so uncomfotable? Anyway, i love Casey's! Just not this one. Lol
