As a Dj it is so nice when the planning, details, hard work and professionalism combine to make an event next level for our modern brides and grooms. I had the privilege of working with Eddie Fam from IMPACT Collective - Weddings and Destinations at a theatre inspired wedding spring 2025. The bride was super bubbly and even wrote her own theatre play so she was really wanting elements in her wedding that hadnt been done before. Eddie and the folks at IMPACT made running the show so easy and effortless. Execution however was nothing short of miracle after miracle as vendors showed their true professionalism when the groom was throwing curve balls with a few extra unplanned events that went off without a hitch. A truly successful event at HarborView in Woodbridge that will not be soon forgotten by this Dj or the many family and friends in attendance. It was a pleasure working with Eddie and Impact and the next time I see their timelines pop up in my email Ill know we are in good hands for some lucky couples most special day!

One of the best decisions my husband and I made. We were paired with Trish and we did the complete package. Trish was absolutely amazing. We continue to receive complements how well thought-out and beautiful our wedding was, thanks to the creativity, professionalism, and planning on IMPACT collectives team. Trish helped us secure our dining plans, figure out our decor, our DJ, and set everything up the day of. She also coordinated with all teams, allowing us to relax and enjoy our moment. IMPACT Collective was wonderful. From the initial consultation with Eddie to meeting our lovely super duper organized wedding planner Star, they were awesome. If you have an event with a lot of moving parts, vendors, etc. You definitely need someone to coordinate all of that. Especially the closer you are to the event. Star had so many compliments from our other vendors to how organized it was. The day of the wedding, all of our guests complimented on how smooth the wedding which was very important for us as we don't like guests to sit around be bored and not know what's happening next. Working with Eddie was an absolute DREAM! I am a wedding photographer and I had the pleasure of meeting and working alongside him for the first time this past weekend. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have a planner who not only cares deeply for their couples but who also extends that care to the other vendors and operates with a team-driven attitude. He was easy to talk to, available at any time for questions and did everything he could to make sure things went as smoothly as possible for everyone. I can't imagine how many things a planner has to juggle throughout a wedding day, but he did it all with grace, kindness and positivity. We had the absolute best experience working with Kadzo and Eddie throughout our wedding planning experience. Kadzo was our lead planner (full service) for our 2 day Indian wedding for ~400 people and she went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect. Kadzo truly is a fairy godmother! Kadzo and Eddie anticipated everything we could possibly need without us even having to think about it and managed to help us stay within budget by using their vast network of contacts. We also had a great team on the day of the reception, and Niassa and Whitney kept everything moving and seamless. I can’t stress enough how amazing they made this process (even while navigating a large cultural wedding) and I can’t recommend the team enough!

BLUF: Using IMPACT Collective as your Month of Coordinators is a smart move for a seamless wedding. Our wedding was smaller (~65 guests), but our ceremony and reception locations were 15 minutes apart. IMPACT Collective did an amazing job coordinating, setting up, and taking down everything.

IMPACT Collective can 110% be trusted with your biggest day (we hired them as our Month of Coordinator). Eddie (the owner) is fantastic and has a great staff. He ran our initial consult meeting and really listened to our plans, our needs, and our concerns. It took that one meeting to know that we trust his team to help us across the finish line. While Eddie handed things off to our Planner, he still attended some of our meetings in the lead up and maintained awareness of the status of everything.

Anna was our amazing planner. I cannot say enough good things about her. She became a trusted resource to ask questions and bounce ideas off. She attended our venue walk through and held numerous virtual meetings with us. I knew very quickly that Anna would make sure our vision came to life. We had the ceremony and reception at two different places about 15 minutes away, which added to the complexity. Anna was with me (the Bride) and running things at the church while her assistant Shawna started the setup of the reception. Everything ran smoothly and the reception set up was beautiful. Also, Shawna and her sewing kit came in handy when my husband stepped on my dress midway through the reception, and I needed to be quickly sewn back in. At the end of the night, the decorations and our personal items (plus the extra cake) were quickly added to my parents’ car. Overall, they made everything seamless.

I will also note that Linda and Sharmaine did a great job of finalizing the Run of Show (the document that contains literally everything, everyone, and the timeline). We were still finalizing specifics the week of, but they were extremely patience and quickly incorporated the information into the plans when we had them finalized.

Eddie, Anna, Shawna, All – thank you so much for being a part of our day. It almost feels like a wonderful dream.

I was blown away by how well IMPACT Collective managed and planned my best friend's wedding! Oktawia did a fantastic job coordinating with the bridal party and family. She was proactive and attentive to everyone's needs! The whole IMPACT Collective team, from start to finish, was reliable and extremely helpful; I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great event planning company!
