We had the opportunity to work with Faten for our wedding. As our day of planner, she helped to coordinate all vendors in the weeks leading up to our big day and delivered a flawless, smooth day. She took a lot of the stress off of us the day before and the day of so that we did not have to worry about anything at all from the schedule of events, set up, tear down, and everything in between. We had a nontraditional, unique wedding theme and she worked hard to make sure that all elements were on theme and came together elegantly. We would highly recommend anyone who needs an event coordinator to work with Faten. Not only did she do an amazing job, she is kind and lovely to work with!

Faten was a thoughtful, comprehensive, and adept wedding planner. From the initial consultation to discuss our wedding planning options, to the walkthrough of the venue, to the day of and the planning involved with that, we were thoroughly impressed by her knowledge and skills and by everything she did to make our lives easier. Faten did an outstanding job as our day-of wedding coordinator. During the planning phase she was organized, responsive and knowledgeable and did a great job coordinating with our vendors and helping us create our timeline. She maintained a good balance between reflecting what we wanted and making suggestions for things we had not thought of. On the wedding day she took care of all the details and calmly dealt with unexpected changes so that we could enjoy the day. Faten was the day-of-coordinator (DOC) for our wedding in October 2024. She helped us bring the wedding of our dreams to life. As soon as she started working with us on our wedding, she took over vendor management, put together a flawless timeline (and actually managed to keep our day on schedule!), set up the perfect layout, and gave us invaluable advice and guidance along the way. Every step of the way, she kept things under control, but was flexible in accommodating random requests and questions that we had. During the rehearsal and on the day of her wedding, Faten and her assistants Farah and Rawan kept us calm and made sure that we had everything we needed. She quickly took care of any minor hiccups that arose, to the point where I don't even recall any hiccups because our wedding day seemed to run perfectly and according to plan.

I consider myself a very organized person, and I've helped organize and manage other events before, but I wanted to be able to enjoy my wedding, which is why we sought out a DOC. Faten's experience, support, and professionalism not only allowed us to actually relax during our wedding day, but she helped make the day more wonderful than we could have imagined.
