We spent 3 nights here on our Anniversary road trip. Very kid friendly, yet somehow still quiet. Loved the camp store , great pool, nice list of events. The young lady and the young man working in the evening at the camp store were so friendly and helpful! Well everyone was. Great trip , would definitely stay here again. 🙂

We are members of local Toastmasters clubs in the area, and we joined the Butler club for their annual picnic meeting.

The campground is well situated and an easy 40 minute drive from our home club.

The campground is well laid out and the store is well stocked.

We appreciate the fact that they host this event.

I’ve been going to Rose point since I was a kid. Decided to be a little fancy and rent the brook side cabin instead of setting up the usual tent. It was so peaceful and brought back everything that I loved about the campground. Very friendly staff and a convenient camp store that holds necessities that help the weekend go smoothly. My dogs loved playing in the creek. My daughter loved the nature and wildlife that surrounds the cabin. And a short trip to McConnell’s mills made a great day trip for the family. The cabin has everything you need to stay comfortably and enjoy a relaxing weekend. Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Rose Point!

Our family enjoyed our week stay, and up until the last night our only complaint was that there was no shade/tree coverage around the playgrounds to help on the scorching days. But our last night there someone cut a massive hole in our tent destroying it…. we have tent camped for 21 years and never had something like this ever happen before. We don’t know what the persons intentions were, but we do know our dog has been sick all day. We informed the campground and got a simple sorry. I’m thankful my family wasn’t harmed but it definitely terrifies me to even think about visiting again.

Love this park. The staff is great and very willing to assist with anything, helping to park my camper, delivering wood to the camp site. We loved watching the ducks and the children playing in the creek. The park is so clean and well kept. We will be returning in the fall for your soup get together. Thanks for all you do.

Great campground ans super close to the highway. The owners stayed open late for us to arrive and welcomed us with a smile! After a 12 hour day of driving we were thankful that they could accommodate us! We will definitely stop in again when we are passing through!

We had a memorable experience at this place which we may call home away from home. The staff from Charlie to Tristan to Cassie and Jess were all super friendly and very knowledgeable about the history and the layout of this fascinating and beautiful place. From the creek to the playground memories were made. We met a lot.of families that shared the love of the outdoors and activities this place offers. Campfire smores were unforgettable and the store in the entrance has great deals and souvenirs. Lord willing we'll be returning to lodge in the other interesting and safe places they offer!

We loved the activities that were planned for the week. There we many to choose from. We also enjoyed the slushies. Our family visited the animals at the barn. All staff we ran into were nice and friendly. Campground was nice. We had a wonderful time!
