The location was perfect! The hotel has a great swimming pool and large fitness center. Our room was on the 11th floor and had a wonderful view. You could even see Philadelphia in the distance.
Shopping and restaurants were all around. There was a big selection of choices that makes the location a wonderful choice. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. They had a breakfast, but we missed it. I would recommend the hotel!

Troubleshooter 1.

This has to be the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. Let's start with parking, there is a small lot in front of the hotel in terrible condition, cracks and standing water make for precarious parking IF you can get an open spot. If not you will have to park in what appears to be a semi condemned parking structure in the rear of the property. You then have to walk through a long dingy dark hallway (not ADA accedsible) to get to the elevators. The hallway is dirty, and looks like it was last painted 15 years ago. Once you get to the lobby, it too is outdated. The staff were polite. My room was on the first floor and overlooked some sort of rusy ladder roof access ladder. The AC unit thermostat on the wall does not control anything, the unit itself had controls that were not well marked, good luck trying to figure that out. The counter top in the bathroom appears to have sloped downward possibly from someone standing on it. The toilet ran all night long. The fixtures are very old. I decided to visit the club lounge on the 14th floor, nice views, but that is where the nice ends. The normally well stocked refrigerator was almost empty. There was an open case of warm water on a plastic cart in the corner, no snacks and no attendant. I decided to skip the restaurant and went off site for dinner. Definitely does not live up to the Sheraton brand.

The Sheraton Bucks County has hosted our square dancing event for a few years now, each time doing a terrific job (though I am a bit "put off" by their contract requirements of a certain level of spending at the bar. Yes, I know this is an industry standard practice, but a lot of people doing an unsavory thing doesn't lessen the stink of it).

I was particularly grateful for the help and good nature of the front desk and housekeeping staff (Miguel , Ingrid, and Sanaa) when I had misplaced an item of value that ended up being found in my own car -- whoops!

I think they should not assume that a person is checking out simply because they ask for the bill (we often need the bill to settle up with our roommates before checking out).

I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich in the restaurant. Yummy!

I worked with the Sales team to plan a fandom meetup for folks coming in all over the country. Alyssa was an absolute angel, making sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to have us feel welcome. Diamond at the front desk was able to show me around the space during off hours. And day-of event the tech Dave regularly checked in that we had what we needed. I'd absolutely recommend the Langhorne Sheraton for your own events. We had about 70 people, but could have handled 150 in the space we rented, with room to expand. I am really looking forward to working with them again this year.||The rooms themselves were a great size, and comfortable. I dream of visiting again for the heated indoor pool! There's 2 changing rooms with showers attached to the gym as well. I'm planning on hitting up the hot tub some time in the future. The lobby was also a really beautiful space, great for pictures. The hotel itself is situated right nearby a mall and several shopping plazas, and with a few grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. I recommend Slack's Hoagie Shack for sandwiches. Most places nearby will deliver, too! Expect to see families around with small kiddos: Sesame Place is directly across the street. 🙂 The staff all seem very used to families in that regard.||A real little gem of a hotel. I hope you enjoy if you visit!

Had a nice stay here. Hotel is very updated and clean rooms were spacious. Bartender at night was not friendly and the lounge associate was a little all over the place but they got the job done. Location is near a bunch of chain restaurants and stores which is convenient.

One of the worst hotels I've been to. On entering the room you immediately notice it smells bad, like the inside of an old leather bag. No idea what that smell is. There are hvac vents everywhere (pictures below) but they never seem to blow air. Even after setting the thermostat the temp doesn't change (pictures below). The lamp shades look like they have feces smeared on them (pictures below) the door is hung so the hall light will illuminate your room all night (pictures below). The toilet water is yellow, so I don't really trust the shower or sink either (Pictures below). And sound from the hallway echos in the room, from voices, to housing keeping screaming "HOUSEKEEPING" outside of neighboring rooms, to every single time a door opens or closes. And I just noticed that they charged me $100 more than my reservation stated, even though I added all taxes and fees, so I'll have to deal with that in the morning after likely no sleep. What a garbage hotel. I just recently visited a La Quinta that was 1000x nicer for way less money. This place is a huge ripoff.

We often go to hotels to swim in the indoor pool, and this is one of the best we have ever been in, in fact we stayed there on Tuesday night, and returned again on Saturday night cause we liked it so much. Great, large pool area, and the pool was nice and warm. Excellent hottub as well. ||The front desk staff that helped us during both visits was wonderful as well. And we loved the complimentary morning coffee. Looking forward to more visits.

This is my last stay here. This is a property that has unfortunately been rundown in the last couple of years. The gym is still great!!!! That's it. The restaurant smells like fast food and only sells Josh Wines by the glass - for $16 / glass. My room was SO old. Zero accessible plugs near the bed. 3 lamps at one end of the room, no overhead lighting. NO CLOCK in my room. Cramped bathroom with a door that grazes the toilet seat. LOL. I put the bedding from the extra bed on my bed last night as the blankets are thin and light. This morning I discovered STAINS all over the duvets. 🙁 I won't be staying here again. The location is great. I love the fruit water in the lobby and coffee in the morning. The gym is truly an asset at this location. But I'm not coming back again. My room is just gross and the bar / restaurant situation seems like something has changed for the worse since my last stay. If you are a Marriot loyalist, I can see a newer looking Springhill Suites from my room here.
