I can’t say enough good things. Such a welcoming staff. Shefali is so pleasant and accommodating. Always a great experience checking in with her. The gentlemen are also very nice and helpful at the front desk. The rooms are always nice and clean. Housekeeping makes sure your room is ready and cozy for your stay. Breakfast has many choices and is well maintained by wonderful and attentive staff. Overall best place to stay in the area!

Horrible! This is the location on Cabot Rd in the business park. If I could give it minus 5-stars, I would. You can't be sure that you'll actually get the room you reserved.||I made reservations months ago. It was one of the few hotels that offer King-sized handicap accessible rooms. I reserved a king-size handicap accessible room. We were planning to arrive late at night or very early morning the next day on the first day of our booking.||A few days before our trip I called the hotel & informed them that we'd be arriving very late on check-in day or early the next day. I explained that I had reserved a king-size handicap accessible room & was calling to assure that the room would be held for our arrival because I need an accessible room & a king-size bed.||When we arrived we were given keys & we went to the room and found a queen-size bed & an extremely small room. When we returned to the check-in desk, we were told that was the only room they had available. They were fully booked & this was the only room they had available. ||They suggested we stay in the queen room & they would try to get us a king accessible room. While we were out, they called us to ask some questions. There were no additional calls during the time we were away from the hotel. When we returned that evening & asked if they had found us a king room, they claimed that they had found one & tried to call us, but there was no answer. That's bull. We were in a single, confined location & had our phones with us the entire time. A second call never came in.||So we were stuck once again with the queen room. We had reserved the king room for 3 nights, but canceled the third night. My husband & I are very tall. We need a king-sized bed, and I need accessible facilities. The bed was impossible to sleep in. Not only was it way too small for us, but the mattress would swing wildly side to side if one of us moved the slightest bit. It would immediately wake us both up if one of us moved.||The room was the smallest room we have ever seen. We even stayed in a Microtel years ago that was bigger than this room. There was literally 1 1/2 feet between the bottom of the bed & the tables that lined the entire opposite wall.||Breakfast was a joke. The eggs were dried up & looked so bad that we thought we might get sick if we ate them. The sausages were so hard, the knife broke when trying to slice into it. There were so dry cereal choices & the option of making waffles. I don't care for the taste of the waffle batter because it's sickeningly sweet. They also had coffee that tasted like dishwater with a little cream added.||We stay in Bucks County frequently because we have a lot of family in the area. We will never stay at this place again. It was clean & the staff were very nice, but those are the only compliments we can offer.||They did not give us the room we reserved, even though I called shortly before our trip and asked that they hold the room we reserved because we were arriving late. The food was disgusting. We're convinced that because people refuse to eat it, they just put it back in the refrigerator & bring it out again the next day. The room we were given was tiny, leaving barely any area to move around without bumping into other furniture. The bed was impossible to sleep in, not just because it was too small but also because the foundation's springs were completely shot & the bed swung back & forth wildly. The heater was loud & the temperature adjustment had to be off. The room was either broiling hot (and dry) or cold if we adjusted the thermostat down one degree. ||When they were unable to find us a room with a king-size bed on the second night, we were told that they would give us a discount. They didn't. We were charged the full price for three nights. Don't stay here. It was a miserable stay & I'd recommend others avoid it at all costs.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area looking for a nice and friendly place to stay. Shefali is so welcoming and it is always a pleasure to see her. She goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best stay possible! Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot showers. The Dove products they provide are so appreciated. Best hotel breakfast you could ask for. Mr. Patel oversees your stay if you have questions or concerns. You’re in very good hands staying here. Very pleasant environment.

We needed a place to stay after a party. Too far to get home. The place was in a nice location with plenty of eating choices.
The front desk was very professional and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. It had a bathroom with only a tub and toilet.... smallish but ok. The sink was just outside the bathroom door. I'm used to a complete bathroom.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The shower pressure was amazing, bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was great.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay here. Thank you The Smith family ❤️

This was not a bad stay considering some of the issues. Don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed. The furniture has definitely seen better days, the couch was pretty stained and the office chair has some slight rips. The room was mostly clean.

Pros: Location, price, value, sleep quality.
Cons: Cleanliness and pretty dated furniture.

This hotel falsely advertises itself as “pet friendly.” It is NOT. They only allow service animals, which is a legal requirement anyway and has nothing to do with being pet friendly. I arrived with my pet, only to be told that they don’t accept pets—just service dogs. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. If your policy excludes regular pets, you should not claim to be pet friendly. This caused major inconvenience and ruined my plans. I would not have booked this place if the information had been honest. Avoid this hotel if you’re traveling with pets.

For 1 night, it's fine. It was busy when we stayed, only 1 elevator that was constantly full and usually couldn't get on due to cleaning staff and cart. Beds were about the worst out of the 5 IHGs we stayed at for the week. Not very clean either. It was ok for a night, but wouldn't go back. Would pick another location.
