My dad went in to buy a suit for my wedding since his name was on the list of people who needed one, but he got really rude service. Meanwhile, the rest of my husband's party had a much better experience. My dad doesn't remember the salesperson's name, but I'm just really upset about the whole situation and feel like I'm getting the runaround. It's frustrating to see such a difference in service, especially when this is such an important occasion. I just want to make sure my dad feels taken care of too.

Went in to get fitted for a suit for an upcoming wedding. There were 7 of us that had to get fitted, within an hour all of us were fitted and walking out of the store.
The staff that helped all of us were super knowledgeable, polite, and professional the whole time. I'll definitely be going back next time I need something!!

Went here on a weeknight with my husband to get fitted for a tux for our daughter's wedding. The older gentleman who was helping us was not helpful at all. Didn't listen as he kept referring to what our son was wearing even though I told him several times that we were the parents of the bride. Anytime we asked him for advice on which tux to get he just kept saying we could get whatever we wanted. It seemed like we were a big bother to him and the overall experience was just unpleasant and frustrating. Ended up leaving and instead drove all the way to the King of Prussia Men's Wearhouse which is near the wedding venue. There we had a friendly, helpful worker who provided excellent customer service.

I had been to this store today with my husband. Wanted to buy a dress shirt for my husband. At the store we had Antonio help us pick the shirt. He was very acknowledged on the parts we were not so sure. He advised us on the way. We would surely like to have him as a guide next time.
He is a very polite and friendly.

Don’t come here at 2424 Lycoln Hvy E-13 Langhorne. The tall, old guy who helped me has a serious attitude problem. He was rude, demanding, and made the whole experience really uncomfortable.He was overpricing for only jacket for $900.00 abd keep insisting to make special order that can not be return. Seems thairbussness is going down.No one was in store to buy any thing accept me even at Christmas time in evening.

Very good merchandise but the employees don't care and the previous deals don't matter, if you don't have money they will not tailor your suit.
