The first impression was good. The front lobby looked nice. Our room was on the second floor, the moment we stepped in the elevator, it smelled of Marijuana. You can smell Marijuana as you walk the hall. The hotel is to be smoke, vape, and drug free. Our room was the last room on the hall and did smell clean. Overall, the place is not bad. They just need to enforce their own rules.

I mean, they remodeled the rooms so they're definitely nicer than they were, but the price they charge here is way higher than it should be. $100 deposit, no cash so u have to wait weeks to get it back. And no pets anymore.

Stayed here last year because it was
convenient to the event I was attending. My second visit was marred by the inconsiderate and rude desk clerk.
Very s-l-o-w check-in. No mention of the Wifi passcode; turns out you have to look for it, taped to the front counter.
When I asked if the assigned room was closer to the other end of the building, she told me to go up in the elevator (in the lobby). It turns out that the room was the last one in the hall, as far from the elevator as it could be, but close to the back entrance and stairs. I moved my car and used that access.
Even on my second visit, I ended up doing laps through the parking lots, past the fireworks building, over the river and through the woods. It's easy enough to see from the highway, but the access is convoluted.
To get here the second time, I drove past a few other places, so I'll be checking out their accommodations.

This place ended up being okay for what we needed. We wanted somewhere close to Sesame Place and didn’t plan on spending a lot of time here so it didn’t need to be anything fancy.

The whole hotel is supposed to be non smoking but clearly that isn’t enforced or they haven’t stripped the rooms that were smoking. The first room we were given smelled like smoke so strong. I went and asked the front desk about it and was first told that they were full and then upon further discussion was given another room. This was on the second floor and was night and day from the first room. It had been renovated and had all new
finishes. It felt much cleaner and our stay ended up being comfortable while in our room.

The area is not great. We did feel safe though at the hotel and found some good restaurants a short drive away. It was convenient to sesame place but I don’t think we would choose this hotel next time we go.

This is an excellent motel. I booked an accessible room and the room was fully mobility accessible. The front desk manager was very helpful. There were some minor issues with the room but the manager took care of them. Room was very clean, comfy bed, good A/C, Fridge, micro, coffee maker. Plenty of ice. Great hot breakfast - eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice, apples, oranges. Would definitely stay again.

I'm 35 years old and have never written a hotel review before, but I feel it's necessary to warn anyone considering booking here. I wish I had read reviews before making my reservation.

When I arrived, I checked the beds and found the sheets dirty, so they moved me to another room. The new room reeked of cigarettes, so I told them I couldn't stay there either. After being moved a second time, I checked the sheets again and found yellow stains. It was clear that someone had slept in them, and they hadn't been changed. Instead of moving rooms again, I requested new sheets and blankets to change them myself. When I asked for pillowcases, the staff member asked, "Why? Are they dirty too?" If the sheets weren't changed, the pillowcases likely weren't either. He handed me two pillowcases and said he would bring the rest.

I waited for a couple of hours, but by 9:30 pm, I was exhausted. When I went down to ask for the rest, he acted like I was the problem. To make matters worse, the blankets were as thin as sheets, so I froze all night despite sleeping in a hoodie.
