I highly recommend Perfect Setting Caterers. Sara was a pleasure to work with for my daughter's wedding. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. From the iced tea and lemonade at the ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner and dessert, every aspect was remarkable. Each food station was thoughtfully designed and offered something for everyone.

I have received numerous compliments from guests regarding the quality of the food stations, and several remarked on the professionalism and attentiveness of the wait staff. It was evident that the team is highly skilled and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. They truly created the "perfect setting" for my daughter's wedding.

We got married at Hilltop House on 12/30/22 and Perfect Setting Catering was absolutely amazing!! Everything was absolutely perfect. Sarah, our day of coordinator, and the staff were absolutely phenomenal! They were attentive and made sure everything was taken care of it. They were helpful and truly amazing. They absolutely made our night a success. The wait staff made sure to get plates made for Mike and I, as well as our guests who were in wheelchairs (as we did a buffet). The set up was phenomenal and they boxed our leftover desserts for us and the staff even helped us pack everything up at the end of the night.

The timing was great, the food delicious, and the drinks were on point!!! we did have several guests tell us that the dinner was a little cold but still delicious. The appetizers were amazing and my now husband's food and mine was delicious!!! It was the most amazing day and the staff were absolutely fantastic.

Please tell Sarah we thank her so much and it was the best night of our lives and we had a truly amazing time! Absolutely recommend this caterer and staff! They made our wedding perfection!

We had a 60 guest wedding ceremony and reception at a property outside of Philadelphia, and we are so happy we chose Perfect Setting. The food was spectacular, and the staff was knowledgable, friendly and respectful. Friends and Family are still talking about the hors d'oeuvres!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our experience(s) were with Perfect Setting Catering. Between Deb, Jerry, and their team, they helped to craft what was the best 3-day wedding weekend we could have possibly imagined!

Guests were treated with a full bar and wait staff for our rehearsal dinner held at Meadowbrook Estate, a wonderfully catered wedding at Appleford Estate, and a Farewell BBQ party that everyone is still talking about.

Truly cannot recommend Perfect Setting enough. I worked closely with Sara and she was awesome! It felt like working with a friend. She was SO responsive, and believe me when I say that I was constantly reaching out with questions. She never made me feel like a nuisance and always had an answer for me. On the actual wedding day, she was always right there ready to help with anything. Sara went above and beyond catering duties. She even put my slippers under my chair for me and RAN to get my bouquet so I could have them for the sparkler exit.

The tasting was so much fun! It was in a private room with a personalized menu for your food choices. We brought both of our parents and it was a great time. They really wanted to know your thoughts, so don't be afraid to critique!

The food was SO GOOD. Even though they had so many options to choose from, I told them of a roast chicken I had at a restaurant I loved and they asked for the restaurant information so they could recreate it!
