Dana and the team at Loch Aerie are amazing! The venue is incredibly unique, stunning and everything we dreamed of for our wedding day. We wanted something classic and elegant with some history behind it and Loch Aerie Mansion was absolutely the perfect fit for us. Dana made sure to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and connected us with everyone on her team. AJ was our day of coordinator and I cannot say enough great things about him. He had every detail planned out and taken care of for our rehearsal and wedding day. If you are considering Loch Aerie Mansion -book the tour! The history and overall appeal of the mansion inside and out are worth it, you won't be disappointed.

An extremely gorgeous wedding venue! The bridal suite alone made for so many great photos. My wife and I are wedding photographers and our experience at The Loch Aerie Mansion has been A+! The food was excellent, the staff were all on-point and accommodating, and there are a ton of great photo opportunities inside and outside of the mansion.

If you're looking for a venue with a historic feel and a large reception space, Loch Aerie would be a great choice.

Our team just did photo and video for a beautiful wedding here this past weekend! Their staff was so thoughtful! It ended up raining for a majority of our couple's day, but you can't even tell from the photos we took! It's a great location with an awesome rain plan in the event that it happens! The ceremony moved indoors and it was gorgeous!

The team at Loch Aerie Mansion truly exceeded our expectations! My husband and I got married on September 30th, 2023. We fell in love with the venue itself two years ago - the basement of the venue was not even complete! Needless to say, Dana and AJ assured us everything would be finished in time for our wedding. Not only was it completed, the renovations in the basement as well as the exterior blew us away!! The mansion itself is gorgeous and has tremendous historical value. There are several beautiful and spacious areas to have your ceremony, which was important to us given the unpredictability of weather. What stood out to us most about Loch Aerie is their team. AJ, the groundskeeper is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met! He made sure our day ran so smoothly and was always there to step in no matter what was needed throughout set up and the day of. He even helped out with our 1 year old ring bearer who needed to be carried to the aisle. John Serock and his team were also phenomenal to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Violet to coordinate the meals, drinks, as well as set-up/seating chart. She was in constant communication throughout the planning process and was also extremely helpful on the day of - she even helped hold up the train of my dress before walking down the aisle. Serock’s team is experienced and went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had full drinks and appetizers in between professional photos and truly tended to our every need. This was such an important detail that you may not even consider because as the bride and groom you will be very busy talking to guests and you don’t always get the opportunity to grab something to eat or another drink during the cocktail hour. Not to mention the food was INCREDIBLE! We received so many compliments on all of the meals throughout the evening. Lastly, we’d like to comment on our wonderful decorator and florist, Elizabeth McGarrie, who owns Vintage Betty. Throughout the past two years we had several meetings, and on the day of she truly delivered my vision. As a type-A bride it was very hard to trust that all the little details would be taken care of. Not only did Elizabeth put together our dream wedding, she went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of us. For example, she embellished additional parts of the mansion with left over flowers as a very generous surprise to us, she added greenery and live flowers to our cake to ensure it fit the grandeur/elegance we were looking for, and in addition to all this, she created table setting cards with our guests’ names the day before our wedding free of charge because I accidentally forgot to make them! Elizabeth is so talented, and I just can’t say enough good things about her work. One of our favorite parts of the wedding was the cigar bar she designed for us. It was the perfect mix of elegance and masculinity, which really appealed to my husband and I. Overall, Loch Aerie Mansion is an incredible venue with a fabulous team that will ensure you have the most memorable, stress-free day. I highly recommend having your wedding here!!

We can not thank the Loch Aerie Team enough for making our wedding so very special. Through the entire process leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day itself, the staff was gracious, professional, and attentive. Dana was so helpful with every step in the planning process. AJ was ready to help at the drop of a hat and knew what we needed before we even asked. The historical building is so naturally beautiful that you don’t need to bring in much outside decor. Loch Aerie Mansion is an amazing venue with a fabulous team that will ensure you have the most memorable, stress-free day. We can not recommend this venue enough!

When we first saw Loch Aerie Mansion, we knew we wanted to host our wedding reception here. We've been to over a dozen weddings in the last couple of years and Loch Aerie was unlike any other venue we've seen. It's unique, elegant, and is a historical landmark. We got married at the end of December and the venue was BEAUTIFUL. Dana and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day, and they made the planning effortless. Our reception was catered by Serock Catering. Food can make or break a wedding, and John Serock and his team delivered! Everything was DELICIOUS. Our coordinator, Violet, made sure we were taken care of the entire night and knew what we needed before we even asked! I can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I were married at Loch Aerie Mansion 12/03/2022. It is an extremely beautiful venue which was perfect for us because we were going for a classic, vintage style.

John Serock Catering was an absolute stand out! They function like a well-oiled machine. The food was outstanding, and the price is extremely reasonable. John, Violet and Rachael took care of us every step of the way. The staff was superb, and the service they provided was top-notch.

We had a large guest count of around 240 (the venue can hold a max of around 270). Since we had a winter wedding and we also got married on site, we had to have a tent with heaters for our guests during cocktail hour for overflow while the catering team flipped the ballroom. Otherwise, it would’ve been a tight squeeze with our large guest count.

Dana and AJ assisted with planning and day-of coordination. They made sure our day ran as smoothly as possible!

The Christmas decor was a separate fee of $2000 which included the external lights/ garland, the garland on the staircase, etc.

My only regret from the wedding venue was hiring Elizabeth from Vintage Betty Ellen Designs as our florist. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely spotty with communication to say the least. Although, we felt reassured because when we did have meetings with her, she made us feel confident in her ability to deliver our vision. She poorly executed several aspects of our design! The worst was our wedding wall which was supposed to have installations of florals and greenery. Instead, we had candles with greenery thrown down on the floor, and a singular piece of garland draped on the fireplace mantle. It was extremely disappointing. She also promised to stage a fireplace mantle in the mansion and the secretary’s desk which had our guestbook and card box on it. Our wedding planner had to use greenery from the wedding the night before to stage these areas for the wedding. These are just a few examples of the problems we faced with this vendor…. And we were only minimally refunded for these shortcomings.

The worst part was the aftermath of this issue because she was extremely difficult to get a hold of, and when we could reach her, she issued us a measly refund. She has excellent ideas but if I had to do it all over again, I would not hire her to be my florist. She did well with my bridal bouquet, centerpieces, the sweetheart table, etc. but with her extremely outrageous prices and poor overall execution, I would not recommend her.

I highly recommend hiring an external day-of coordinator/ wedding planner to ensure things run smoothly on your big day.
