From start to finish Tom Sr. and his whole team have been incredibly helpful and responsive. When we had questions on what we needed to make our wedding the best it would be they had answers of what we may need before we even thought of it. When we needed to increase the size of the stage and dance floor the day before our wedding they came out very fast. Even down to the crew that set everything up they were so kind and professional!

We used Tents Party Rentals for my wedding. They were wonderful! They made planning ALL of the rentals a smooth process. At the last minute we had to order extra tents because of the rain. They accommodated quickly. Their staff is very prompt on returning emails, meeting if needed, and the owner gave me his personal phone number. The set up staff was fast and friendly. They offered us a 10% military discount for my veteran husband. I would recommend the company to anyone.

I can’t imagine our wedding turning out as beautiful as it did without this company. The owner who came out to ensure the tent we wanted would fit was so helpful. All the ladies I communicated with via phone and email were also very patient and helpful. The clear tent was definitely the way to go, even though it was a little pricey. We had twinkle lights outside the tent that we could see from inside, it created a nice ambiance. Everyone commented on the beautiful chandelier and how we decorated the tent with faux greenery. We truly lucked out with the weather. The sun warmed the tent during the day, which kept it warm enough in the evening for me to be in the tent in just my strapless dress, and I never saw any guests put any jackets on. The only complaint was that the cleanup crew left zip ties in my yard, which my puppy got ahold of. But outside of that, the setup/takedown crew was phenomenal. Definitely an easy, stress free process…..everyone was great! Our backyard wedding was a dream thanks to them!

I rented 16 tables and 70 chairs on very short notice and they were able to accommodate the short notice request with no problem. The tables and chairs worked out perfect. The customer service was top notch. I will definitely rent from them again on my next party. Thank you for executing on short notice to support my New Years day event.

Breaking this review into 2 specific parts: rental process/customer service & quality of products.

Quality of products gets 5 stars. We were very happy with our tent, tables, and chairs.

Rental process/customer service was a nightmare from this company. From the start (a year before our event), there was clear miscommunication between people in their office, as we received numerous calls and emails stating different information. We were charged an extra $500 when their system accidentally invoiced us again after we had paid in full, luckily we caught it as the company didn’t seem to notice. Delivery windows were misstated and disregarded on their end, and we received no communication regarding change in delivery schedule during our wedding weekend which caused serious issues for the setup of our wedding. When we called to confirm the delivery window that was given to us, Amanda was incredibly defensive and told us that we “must have made up the delivery window.” When I forwarded the company the email where the delivery window was stated, the response was “there is no delivery window stated in that email.” Deflection after deflection, and in speaking with quite a few people during the fiasco that was our wedding weekend, no apology was ever offered. Will not use this company again.

I have used Tents Party Rentals for all of my events. Their pricing are reasonable, and their staff are all professionals and polite. I have had the pleasure to meet the owner as well as some of the setup crew guys, and they are all helpful in every way. If you aren't sure what would work with your event, give them a call, and they will help you decide what is best for you and your guests. There was one time I had an issue with one of the heaters, and after I called, one of the guys came out and had it working in less than 8 minutes. In the end, it was my error because we had blocked the vent from it, so it made it pop the breaker, the gentleman Candido explained to me what had happened and from there on I didn't encounter the same issue again. This is my to go to company when I think of planning any gatherings.

Used their tent service for my baby shower and it was beautiful. The tent was well maintained and brought my party together. My guests were very surprised how my event came together during the reopening after the pandemic with plenty of ventilation and social diatancing to keep everyone safe. Needless to say the size of the tent was perfect for my event the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful during set up. Plan to use their services again in the very near future.

The Office manager Ashley was professional and helpful, however the owner of the company is the worst! I don't recommend renting any products from this company. I rented a tent, table, chairs, dance floor, linens for 90 guests to attend my daughter's wedding last Saturday. The owner refused to speak to me to discuss my concerns that I encountered with my order. The delivery was excepted to arrive at my home the latest on Friday 530pm, no communication was made to inform me that the installers were running behind, very behind. My items did not arrive till 8 pm, then they forgot my bar and dance floor I rented. It took 2 hours for them to install everything, finishing at 10pm in the dark. We couldn't use 3 of the tables because they were damaged, dance floor was dirty. My daughter's wedding ceremony started hour and half late because we were not given the opportunity to set up until the morning of. The owner never reached out to me to offer any apology for this huge inconvenience his company caused on our family. Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional
