Sarina was so helpful as we planned our first ever Disney trip. Her tips and guidance were so helpful and made our trip the success that it was. She was also the best when things went awry (like getting sick the day before our flight) and was indispensable in helping us rearrange reservations and plans. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Sarina was amazing in helping me and my partner plan our vacation. She offered multiple options for resorts that were within out budget and specific requests. She made everything easy and smooth, even calming my nerves when we thought my renewed passport wouldn't come in time!! The Live Aqua resort was the epitome of relaxation and luxury! After a stressful year we wanted a place that would melt our stress away and this resort and their staff did just that. Sarina made herself available throughout our trip in case we needed help with anything and her coordination and the resort's covid testing practice made sure we could enjoy the end of our vacation with no worries about returning home to the States! Live Aqua Punta Cana was amazing and definitely a place you should go to and Sarina made the whole experience easy, stress-free, and provided peace of mind, thoughtful check-ins, and detail-oriented care!

Sarina was amazing! She made our Disney trip so magical. I can't even list all the things she did for us. She helped with every detail including hotel reservations, Magic Express, booking genie plus and lightning lanes and explaining how they worked, booking a VIP tour, making restaurant reservations plus so much more. She even tried helping us book a new flight when our flight to Orlando was cancelled last minute. She was available round the clock to answer questions and give her recommendations. Her recommendations were spot on and our trip was so much better because of Sarina. We can't wait to plan the next trip with her.

I cannot recommend Sarina enough! She planned our Disney & Universal vacation from start to finish. She booked the right hotels for us, helped with the park tickets & recommended which rides to schedule first. Sarina made the very difficult task of planning a wonderful vacation very easy. She even checked in with us everyday during our vacation to see if we needed any help. At one point, she was on our app even trying to book a ride for us in case we missed the window. Sarina went above and beyond to make our family vacation wonderful!

Sarina was a savior on our Disney vacation. We never waited in line more than about 15 minutes at every park, had perfectly spaced fast passes, she took care of everything in the morning to get us what we wanted and help set us up for the most amazing family vacation. We stayed at Beach Club and it was so easy & accessible. For a family of 4 to tackle disney, hit every major amazing ride, get into Space 220 AND not raise our voices once for 5 days, we couldn't have asked for a smoother vacation with a 6 & 8 year old! Thank you Sarina!!! Now, on to the Bahamas!!

Sarina was incredible! She made our trip to Disney so easy and fun even during a very busy week at the parks. From start to finish she made herself available to us around the clock - even booking our 7am lightning lanes! She knows every single Disney tip and trick, and we majorly benefited from it. We just returned from Disney World. Sarina was our guide for our trip. She was WONDERFUL! Sarina was able to get us our meal reservations at the times that we wanted. In my opinion, Disney is pretty complicated with the Lightening Lane/Genie + feature. Sarina was very thorough with explaining how it works. She even helped us get the rides we wanted to use it on. Sarina checked on us everyday. (You would think that would come off as annoying, but she wasn't at all!) She was extremely helpful. It was great! Thank you, Sarina! We will definitely reach out to her for our next trip!
