Nicole, Jeremy and entire staff at Barnes Auto rental / Body Shop are professionals. Jeremy drove the rental car to the hospital, provided instructions and keys. I extended the rental and return process was a breeze. Nicole took time to find the taxi and was able to get it scheduled. I wish there were 6 stars to give them, and i would still give Nicole and Jeremy 10! My car broke down on the highway 30 miles from their business. I contacted them an hour before closing on a saturday before a holiday, and Nicole called me on her personal phone, understood my emergency, and then she and Jeremy went above and beyond and worked after hours to not only coordinate my rental with my insurance and drive the car to me on the highway, but also help coordinate a tow truck to bring my vehicle to their autobody shop and store it there while i rented the car. All within 2 hours of my incident and i was able to get to my destination and enjoy my trip as planned. A flexible team who puts people first. I cannot say enough good things about them both.
