Gametime Sports Bar & Grille - Fountain Hill, Pennsylvania

Hiller here! It's nice to see a new restaurant in the area especially a sports bar. The site has pretty decent space, indoor and outdoor seating is available. The interior decor is somewhat modern, the walls are decorated with various pictures & portraits. Upon entering the restaurant my wife and I were greeted by 2 girls who were essentially on their phones which to us didn't seem like a big deal since it looked pretty slow. Our server seemed to be inexperienced and frazzled. I placed an order for the quesadillas appetizer and she asked if that was it? .. I'm unsure if she assumed that was all we were ordering after she had brought us our beers. Typically a server would ask a customer if they'd eaten there before & if they haven't they would know to leave them to scan over the menu. The beef quesadillas were soggy, the grilled chicken burger was dry and kinda thin & my smoke house burger was on the bland side, pretty much flavorless.The bacon cheese fries we ordered were ok but the cheese was on thick and cold when they arrived; the bacon was simply cut up into pieces not exactly bits. The burgers in general looked to be something you would put together at home, simply lettuce, onions, tomatoes on a plain bun. The selection of drinks available is nice, plenty to choose from however the pricing is not competitive enough. The music played at the restaurant was wayy 2008 obviously trying to appeal to our millennial generation (Myself included). The "invitation only" club in my opinion is laughable, nowhere else in the valley does this exist especially not at a sports bar that serves sub par food. Overall the site looks pretty sweet but quality is lacking; what good is it to have all that space but no customers? The staff of servers conjuring in the front chatting away is also a huge turn off.

Wonderful place & great hospitality. The food is absolutely amazing and the place was very clean. I had my birthday with family and friends upstairs in the private event area and I can say it was perfect. Annmarie made sure everything was perfect and helped me out with everything. I will continue to come to game time because each experience is great. I will recommend coming here to everyone especially if you need a beautiful place to rent for a private event. Thank you game time and staff for your great hospitality, amazing planning & wonderful food.My party was an experience I will never forget, I had so much fun!

One could relax in the comfortable seating & eat the exceptional food & drink the refreshingly cold beverages all day long! The staff was super friendly & the eestablishment meticulously clean! Tell a friend to check out GAME TIME in Fountain Hill!

Wow. Honestly, we didn't expect such an outstanding place to have lunch with friends and watch the Penn State game. This place looks, feels and offers such a nice touch of class. Tvs everywhere, indoor seating, outdoor seating and even a secluded upstairs to book a private party. This place is outstanding. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Food was good, everyone in our party was completely happy with their meals. Naan bread with buffalo chicken dip. Excellent!

I love the food, I ordered chicken tenders and it came with fries. The chicken tenders were as big as a chicken breast and it was really good. The staff was extremely nice, and the owner talks to all of her guests.

A modern, hip bar that makes you feel like you're not in Fountail Hill. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was good, and cocktail drinks were fantastic. Prices were fair, and my group and I were really loving the vibe of the place! Downstairs is a hangout spot with tons of TV to watch sports on, a really chill bar (separate room), and a comfortable indoor dining area. Upstairs is a modern-looking lounge that also has a club vibe to it. There are chic lounge chairs, tables, couches, and a more modern bar area that invites guests to socialize and mingle. Towards the back is a door that takes you to a very nice patio, which has a more laid-back vibe but certainly doesn't take away from the fancy feel of a chic lounge/club. Miggy, Lindsie, and Elisha were extremely accomodating and know how to put together a drink. It was such a fun time! We will definitely be coming back.

The only suggestion I have, to be honest, is for a more hip genra of music to be played in the upstairs lounge. There's a lit-up sign above the entrance that reads "Club House". Reading that makes me expect to be greeted by louder, hip music when I reach the doorway at the top of the stairs. Other guests, as well as my own group, agreed that they felt there should be a DJ (we were told there were no DJs or live performances going on that evening). The vibe just calls for it! Something to consider, although it is still a new establishment.

I'd also like to add that we were there on a weekend, if anyone finds that helpful.

We had such an amazing time at GameTime for my best friends 40th birthday party! AnnMarie is a gem!!! She did such a fantastic job w the charcuterie tables. Made sure to add in personal touches to make it special. If you’re having an event, definitely book the Clubhouse!
