Positive: Location. Negative: Hot breakfast was 25 minutes late. No communication by kitchen staff. Food quality was poor. One of the worst hot breakfasts I've had in awhile. Jimmy Dean prepackaged sausage biscuits? End up eatting just dry cereal. Milk was bad tasting as well.

Amazing stay! Wonderful service! |Storm Brown, at reception, does a wonderful job and was so helpful to us when we accidentally left something behind. Would definitely recommend a stay here in Benton for business or family travel. So appreciative of our experience.

Nice Hotel close to I30. Has been remodeled recently as carpet appeared newer and clean. Rooms had some nice asthetics but some older wallpaper and walls left needing attention. Only had 3 towels, no hand or face towels.. Smoke detector was apart end not working. Skipped the generic mostly carb breakfast. I would stay a few miles east on 30 at one of the nicer hotels closer to shopping and restaurants. Staff were very nice.

This location was convenient, and the hotel was clean, safe and quiet. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. This would be a great place to stay if you need to be in the central Arkansas area.

I stayed here about a month ago and a half ago due to needing to stop because of storms in the area. Storm was very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again
I really enjoyed the shower; it made me feel like I was at a much more upscale hotel.

WAS GREETED BY SOME VERY FRIENDLY STAFF MEMBERS! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT ROOMS WERE CLEAN BEDS WERE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND THE AC WAS VERY COLD IT WORKED WELL. ONLY COMPLAINTS WAS THE DOOR TO OUR ROOM WAS VERY HARD TO OPEN AND HARD TO CLOSE, WE NOTICED AROUND 10 PM THE TOILET WAS LEAKING PRETTY BAD CALLED THE FRONT DESK SHE WAS EXTREMELY NICE PUT US IN ANOTHER ROOM ACROSS THE HALL WHICH WAS BETTER BECAUSE IT WAS NOT FACING THE HIGHWAY WITH ALL THE ROAD NOISE! THE TV IN THE NEW ROOM THEY PUT US IN HAD A BUNCH OF WHITE CIRCLES LIKE ITS GETTING READY TO GO OUT PRETTY SOON

I stayed here and loved everything about my stay. Everything is very new and up to date. The service was beyond excellent! The spot is amazing. Great location right next to the Benton Event Center.

The hotel was excellent! Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Janie at the front desk went out of her way to help me find a phone charger so I could keep in touch with family at the hospital. We will defiantly stay there again when visiting the Benton area.
