Best staff ever from the front office to the front desk. Me and my wife stayed for a month in Feb due to her recovering from open heart surgery. Setting up a long stay was made easier from the beginning with the help of Brittany. But once we arrived at the hotel everything was great from the service to the clean new rooms. And also the variety of different great breakfast food everyday. We were made to feel like we were at home from the maids, to the laundry department and the front desk. I was always asking how my wife was doing. Extra shout out to Miss Brandy and Matt at the front desk.

This hotel is a pleasant experience from the very first point of entry – literally the "front door." The Front Desk Agent (Matt K) had an upbeat and service-oriented personality that was a genuine interest in confirming reservation details, which ensured a pleasant stay for not only me, but other fellow guests/colleagues as well. This excellent service represented the whole hotel team so well!

We moved here from the Comfort Inn & Suites in Blawnox (which was horrible) and this was such an amazing hotel. The room was very nice and clean, the in-suite kitchen was very convenient. All the staff were amazing!! The GM Bill is a super nice guy! Breakfast and the laundry room were also very good.
I was skating with the Duquesne ACHA hockey team at the arena essentially right in the parking lot, so it was super convenient.

We were in town for my son’s hockey tournament. Unfortunately ,we got switched room types the first night because of the hotel being sold out. But Matt at the front desk went above and beyond the next day to get us placed into the correct room! We can’t thank him enough for helping us out. We can’t wait to be back again.

Idk why anyone would mention bedbugs on here. The hotel is too new and too clean to have any bed bugs. You can tell it’s new walls and freshly painted with no blemishes that usually happen if the place was renovated. Even the carpet and tile is new including the hallways. A Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good only thing I wished I had seen fruit but maybe I overlooked it.

Hotel enrolled in "Stay to Play" hockey tournament, so we HAD to book here (at a higher than average rate) to participate. Upon arrival, our room was dirty with blood stains on the bathroom floor, but we had already been told they were full, so I cleaned them with the bleach wipes I always back. Room was not cleaned at all on Saturday.
Hotel staff was not welcoming, and Saturday (1/18) the day shift manager was down right rude & told us we could not each lunch in the lobby!
Other than the close location to the rink, there really wasn't anything desirable about this hotel.

The rooms were overall nice but we had to move rooms because water was leaking from the room above which was an inconvenience but they were very quick to put us in another room and the customer service was great, hotel was clean though and the location was walking distance to lots of places like sheetz which was convenient!
