I’ve had the pleasure of working at Comfort Suites Bethlehem multiple times as a photographer, and each visit has been nothing short of excellent. The hotel’s ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great choice for travelers, events, and business stays. We spent one night last night at your hotel. Everything was great. Reasonable rates, the room was very clean,
bed so comfortable, room was quiet for sleeping. The morning breakfast today had plenty of options to chose from. Staff was very nice. Late last night we wanted decaf coffee but was out, no problem the front staff happily made a fresh pot in 8 minutes, it hit the spot! Thank you!

This hotel was a great value, and we were really pleased with the room and the hotel itself. The room was clean, probably cleaner than a lot of places I've seen. It smelled good too. The employees we encountered there were very nice. The location is great. You can walk downtown, or if you want to go to the North Side or casino, it's a direct and quick drive down the road. We would stay here again.

My experience was strange....my room had hair conditioner and body lotion, but didn't have any shampoo, body wash, or even hand soap? I've never in my life called a front desk but I had to to at least get hand soap, which is an absolute necessity. The person who took the call didn't apologize or anything, but at least sent someone up with the hand soap.
The folded up towels in the bathroom and the sink area also just looked messy, like the person staying previously didn't use them and whoever cleaned just left them however they were left instead of at least tidying them up.
In the morning when we checked out, the woman just said we were good to go, didn't ask how our stay was or wish us a nice day or anything.
I used the waffle maker during breakfast and the woman who was working the space came over and told me I didn't use enough batter with attitude and just walked away...like okay, what did saying that to me serve and why say it rudely? XD
The hospitality was really lacking with almost every interaction I had to have....and hospitality is literally the job.

Additionally, the parking lot situation is terrible - we had to wait for someone to leave to find a space to park. It's clear that people just park here that aren't guests, and the hotel doesn't take your plate number or anything so it seems like they don't care who parks there even if it means their guests don't have space to park.

Bed was comfortable enough, room was mostly quiet at night, location suited our needs, and we were happy to see a waffle maker station included in the the breakfast - these are the only reasons for 2/5 stars.

(we paid over $200 for a 1 night stay, which seems crazy - if we had paid what the current price is ~$80-90, I would have been less upset by the lack of quality in our stay)

The room I stayed in had yellowed sheets with heavy pilling, no pillow cases on pillows, dark stains on floor, and smelled heavily of cigarettes.

The only thing that was decent was the shower temperature and water pressure. Overnight front desk staff were kind and courteous.

Rooms are definitely a little older, but the restaurant/bar downstairs makes this place worth it. Happy hour, live music, pretty good food. I've never stayed in a hotel with as lively of a bar. Would not even question staying here again. Well done B Town Sound!

Rooms were clean, there's a comfortable casual bar with plenty of seating and food. There's also a 24 hour small convenience store inside. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Terrible...just terrible. Extremely noisy and staff is unprofessional and dismissive. You are going to be consistently told "there's nothing they can do" if there is an issue. And there will be issues. Here you get an extremely low budget hotel experience for mid-range hotel prices. There is also no security on staff and there really needs to be given how the hotel is run. Definitely not an ideal place for a solo traveler.
