Great stay here at this location. Rooms were spacious and clean and beds comfortable. Love that they had refillable toiletries on the walls of the bathroom rather than a million tiny plastic bottles of shampoo, etc. They use Dove products. Breakfast was amazing...Hot items- Pancake machine, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, pork sausage, chicken sausage. Then the usual continental items of bagels, toast, English muffins, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, cereal, various dairy milk like whole, 2%, fat free, chocolate, coffee bar, microwave oatmeal and grits. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is off the freeway and shares the entrance with Buffalo Wild Wings and What a Burger.
Rooms facing the freeway are noisy ( until late evening)
Rooms were not cleaned daily ( I spent two nights there), I had to get clean towels from the front desk, because I had piled up the towels I had used for easy cleaning for the housekeeping staff, but the housekeeping staff missed my room completely)
I requested a wake up call, that never happened.
Bed was comfortable, breakfast was same as every Holiday Inn Express ( cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt)
Coffee was hot.
The city of Benton is approximately 2 miles away.

The rooms are VERY clean and the beds and pillows are comfy! Staff was very friendly as well. We had a bad experience at a holiday inn in Little Rock that we usually stayed in and thought we would try this one. I am glad we did! This will be our new go to Holiday Inn in Little Rock/Bryant area!

I booked a double queen room with a sleeper sofa and marked that I would have a total of 6 guests. Upon check in, I asked if there were extra sheets and blankets in the room for the sleeper sofa. I was told that there wasn't and that they didn't have any extra blankets because they had given them all out already. When we checked in, all the stores were closed because it was after midnight. We ended up having to suffer through the first night being short a blanket until we could get to the store the next day. The rooms was nice and clean and didn't smell. The location was nice. In a decent part of town and just off the interstate. There were food options nearby. The service was terrible considering we booked a room for 6 and wasn't able to get a blanket for the extra bed because they were given to other patrons that had folks piling into rooms.

HORRIBLE Service! NOT one time did they clean my complete room! I asked for trash removal & the front desk gave me a plastic bag to gather my own trash and "set it outside my door!"
Never made my bed! Just replaced 2 towels while leaving the used ones on the floor!!!
Breakfast was decent. Amenities were decent.
Free Parking was nice. Front desk workers were friendly. But the cleaning crew... Unexpectedly absent.

The room was comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and cool in temperature. We slept peacefully in our beds, too. We heard people talking later into the night, but no other disturbances. It also thunderstormed, and it was nice to see and fall asleep to.

Nice, Clean place. Not a bad value. Breakfast too basic ( powdered eggs, cereal, pre packaged muffins) but oh, those cinnamon buns!!!

Showed up at 9pm to check into my room they had cancelled my reservation. It was a work trip, we had booked rooms as a group in January. On top of that I am a platinum member for IHG hotels. 7/8/24. Nice warm reception I was needing. Will never book here again for future work trips. Said they tried calling before giving my room away.
