This property is in a very convenient location. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They had ice scrapers at the ready in preparation for winter weather. The lobby is always has fun decorations. I appreciate the complimentary guest laundry. The rooms are very clean. The hot breakfast was delicious and well stocked. They also had fresh fruit available.

Though the hotel is showing signs of its age, the hotel and our room was clean, fresh and comfortable. The staff was terrific.

There is easy access from the highway, and it didn't hurt that two of our favorite traveling restaurants were right next door (Crackerbarrel and McDonalds). We've placed this hotel on our "We'll stay here again" list.

Without a doubt this hotel is the best HIE I have ever stayed at in the chain. The staff was welcoming & friendly. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Valentine's Day decorations were fun. We were a small group, and all of us felt appreciated.

It has been over 5 year's since we passed through this area and stayed at this HIE. The renovated facility is beautiful, the room clean and very comfortable, and the staff very helpful and friendly.

We forgot to leave a gratuity for the Housekeeper and called the hotel later in the day of departure, but were unable to leave a gratuity with our credit card. The staff member we spoke to on he phone was very courteous.

It was a pleasure staying there.

Nice updated hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. Turkey sausage was dry and somewhat hard and the delicious cinnamon rolls the bottom was burnt. Overall, nice clean facility and friendly staff especially Sue. Will be coming back for work and will be staying again.

Upon arriving at the hotel. I was politely greeted as a rewards member. my room was super clean, super comfortable and well laid out. We book this room because of its relative proximity to AOAA offloading trails as well as its location next to Cracker Barrel restaurant. After a long day of riding the trails, the hotel offers a great hot shower and super comfortable Pillows and beds! The following mornings complementary breakfast was awesome. Can’t say enough about how great our stay was at this hotel, and will for sure be booking again!

We were greeted with a big smile and acknowledged for being an Ihg member. The 24/7 coffee in lobby was hot, and the hot chocolate was the best our family ever tasted!! Rooms were very clean, and the beds very comfortable. The hot breakfast was excellent- my grandson and I really enjoyed the pancake maker, and Nutella!! The food never ran out, and was kept well supplied right up to closing time at 9:30 am. Dinner at the Cracker Barrel was just a short walk from the front door, so convenient. We had a beautiful 35 minute scenic drive to Knoebels Amusement park. We couldn't have been more pleased!!

This has become our favorite place to stay on our return trips from the south. Great staff, wonderful room, clean, comfortable, quiet, and the breakfast staff take pride in their work and create a very good breakfast. Can't ask for more. Granted we generally stop for an over night, but when we do stop in this area for an extended stay we wouldn't think twice about where to stay - it would be here!!
