We stay in a lot of B & B's, and this was one of our favorites yet! The home was emaculate, the food was amazing, and the host was extremely kind and willing to go above and beyond! This was a five-star experience! The rooms, the baths, and the home had high end and beautiful finishes, the cleanliness was perfect, and the food was definitely "fine dining." But I must say the friendliness and kindness of Daniel, the host was our favorite part! We look forward to returning someday!

Beautiful home in a great location. Daniel is a fantastic host. Our breakfast was amazing! We booked the top floor two room suite. Bed is a bit small (we are used to a King) but pillows were great. Terrific shower/bath setup. House does not have central AC but room unit was effective enough. As you may expect, no TV but that was fine with us. Very reasonable rate for all you get. Will definitely stay again.

This is an experience we will remember very fondly. The house is amazing, charming with its old fashioned architecture and style, fascinating furnishings, and eclectic decor, and everything is immaculately spotless. Daniel is a wonderful host, I cannot say enough good things about him. He was so accommodating, and is a simply marvelous cook - breakfast all three days was better than even pictures could show. If i am ever back in the area this is at the very top of my list of places to stay.

What a CHARMING ELEGANT Bed and Breakfast! Staying here is a magnificent experience. The house is immaculate and large, beautifully restored and decorated full of intrigue and history. The host Daniel is kind and welcoming, the epitome of hospitable. He waited until midnight for us to arrive late and even had a candle lit on the front porch to welcome us! He has breakfast that anyone should book a night for just to experience. Everything was perfect. We stayed for a weekend while in town for a family wedding. When we are back we will be staying here again!

Our stay at Miller Park. B&B was the highlight of our family’s 2,200-mile road trip. The house is simply amazing, the breakfast were gourmet and delicious, the neighborhood was peaceful and the host was most gracious. The details he has so carefully added as he is restoring this home add such charm to the beauty that is there, and the collections of art pieces and other decorative items surprise you when you find something new each time you look around. it is truly a treasure in Franklin.

We were a group of six bikers who Dan was able to accommodate very well. The house itself is amazing - an eclectic collection that defies description. Every time one walks through a room, something different gains your attention! The breakfasts are wonderful - most B and B's would find them difficult to beat. The wood floors are outstanding, and the third floor sitting room will surprise you. The proprietor is an architect who continues to work on renovation and improvements. Can't wait to see it again sometime!

Great B&B in a historic neighborhood overlooking nearby downtown Franklin, PA. Beautifully restored home with many areas to relax or visit. Breakfasts exceeded expectations every one of my 5 day stay. Dan is a wonderful host and well versed on local attractions.

We stayed in Daniel's home for two nights and it was lovely. The interior renovations are beautifully renovated. Daniel presented us with an incredible breakfast and was such a great host. When we return to Franklin we will definitely stay here again. There are zero options in Franklin and Daniels place is perfectly located for a morning walk and easy access to the main roads. We are from San Diego and really appreciated the hospitality that we would not have had staying at the local motel/hotel. Well done Daniel.
