This place has so much potential. The childrens' artwork that was posted was a neat touch. Some increased connectivity between the ballfield and the park would be great. ADA accessible fishing and dam removal would be good. It seemed like a great place to host a beer and wine tasting with an evening band and fire. Primative camping and some vendor shops could round out an already nice location. I didn't notice any bathrooms. Also, a map at the ballfield may increase usership of the park. Curwensville should be proud of this community asset.

Had my granddaughter there the other day. Very nice place to go to let kids run around and have fun little soggy because of the rain. No big deal. They do need to have somebody go in and do maintenance on their playground equipment. There are a few things that are loose and are broken that need to be fixed. And also, they also need to have bathroom equipment there instead of having the bath houses locked up to where little ones can't use the potty when they need to. It is a very nice park and they do maintain. The looks of it is very nice. They just need to keep up with the playground equipment and do something about having bathrooms there.

Irvin park is fantastic. There's nothing incredibly fancy here but it's a wonderful park to spend a summer day at. They have basketball and tennis courts, a gaga ball ring (gaga ball is like close dodgeball with one kickball which has to be thrown at the kegs of others to get them out), a play-set for the young kids, pavilions, and restrooms. It has everything needed to make a nice park and it's upkept very nicely. There are plenty of trees to offer shade but lots of sun in other areas. All in all it's super pleasant and ups the quality of the whole town, I highly recommend this park.

It's a nice little park with access to the Susquehanna river. I wasn't up there for the park, I was up there for Curwensville Days and the car show.

Beautiful park. Well maintained & clean. Giant old trees! Walk down to the rivers edge and you might see one of your relatives initials carved into the large slabs of rock. Hike across the little bridge and over into the forest. Tennis and basketball courts. Pavillions. Stage. Swing/play sets. This park is a must see!
