I hired Events by Center Stage to decorate the restaurant where I was hosting my 40th birthday party. When I arrived at the restaurant I noticed that they did not provide the 6 balloon clusters that I had ordered or the ivory table clothes and napkins for each table that I paid for to match the color scheme of my birthday dinner. They decided without speaking to me to just use the basic white linens that the restaurant provided and had staged. When I inquired about the missing items that I paid for, the company stated that they would reimburse me for the balloons but not the linens because they had to special order them and although they decided not to use them, the company couldn’t absorb that loss therefore they would not refund my money for the unused linens. I cannot believe that they think that it is right to keep my money for paid services that were not rendered. I have called and texted them multiple times and they have not responded. I am highly disappointed in this company and would never use or recommend them to anyone in the future.

LOVELY park to have an event! Lots of benches and BBQ grills. However be prepared to spend for swimming and get there EARLY!
