We always have a great experience every time we visit this location! Always greeted by such happy employees. The most recent time we visited this store we were greeted by Jon, who was such a big help with my Husbands wedding band! Highly recommend!

I went in to get my necklace cleaned hat I did not purchase from there and a worker Jon hunter took care of me. He was super nice and brought my necklace back to life. If you need anything with jewelry you should go see him at the grove city outlets.

Typically we are small business shoppers , but my fiancé and I had a wonderful experience here with our wedding bands. We will fully support Kay in the future. Jon Hunter is the man -we booked an appointment and he greeted us promptly. We both kind of knew what we wanted going in for the appointment, but were open to his suggestions. Jon spent so much time going over different options and was so patient and professional. His experience in this industry came through and he explained everything carefully and clearly. He hooked us up with a great price and deal and made us feel confident in our purchases. After ordering our rings Jon was great with communication and after some resizing, our rings came back 1 week earlier than expected. We cannot say enough great things. Thank you so much we really appreciate the hospitality and great experience and will recommend this Kay Outlet at Grove City to everyone.
