What an INCREDIBLE business with the most compassionate employees! Pittsburgh Event Childcare (PEC) provided on-site childcare for our wedding on 11.18.2023 at the Heinz History Center, and they were exceptional! We rented out the Discovery Place Exhibit and the attached Multipurpose Room, and PEC handled everything else! Everyone I spoke to was an absolute delight, and they were SO incredibly accommodating – they agreed to move furniture around so that we could get a reduced rate on the room rental, and they also were more than willing to supervise the kids’ dinners, so we were able to have the kid buffet set up in the multipurpose room. PEC showed up and knocked us away with their set-up – they had a ball pit, blow up slides, bounce houses, and toys galore! Planning a wedding is stressful, but PEC was one vendor that I was not worried about in the slightest – I knew that they would show up and facilitate an amazing evening for our littlest guests!

All of our guests were SO excited to hear that we were providing childcare, and since our wedding day, they have all told us how happy their kids were while with PEC – even some of the shyest ones didn’t want to leave! PEC was thorough & meticulous with safety and provided such a fun environment for the kids! Every parent at our wedding was extremely grateful to have on-site childcare, and they really appreciated the detailed breakdowns that PEC provided when they picked their children up!
