I recognize this occurred some time ago, but I think it’s important for folks to understand what kind of company you’re dealing with. For my wedding, we contracted with public service Capital Area Transit (CAT) in Harrisburg to rent one of their romantic “trolleys” to take our wedding party from the wedding ceremony to the reception. After we were under contract, the Federal Transit Authority passed a rule that ONLY allowed public transit authorities to provide these services if there wasn’t a private company able to provide a "like" service - under Federal law - busses and trolleys were considered the same thing even though everyone knows they aren't. When the rule passed, CAT notified 90 (ninety) different companies of the existing trolley services that were scheduled. ONLY ONE COMPANY (out of 90), ELITE COACH, responded that they objected to CAT providing the cheaper trolley. They offered me a COACH BUS at 3x the price – not a Trolley – and had the nerve to suggest that it was an equivalent substitute for my wedding party. 89 other companies looked at what was being contracted for and decided they wouldn’t interfere – but ELITE COACH wouldn’t be dissuaded – and they had the “law” on their side…..ELITE COACH's objection forced CAT to cancel my contract and while I ultimately sued CAT and won – ELITE COACH was NO QUESTION the root cause of these issues and they were AS FAR FROM ELITE in terms of this behavior. Their decision was all about trying to get extra $$$$ instead of recognizing the spirit of having a Trolley and well, they wound up with nothing from me. This was the absolute WORST experience – we wound up privately contracting a trolley from Maryland which was OUTSIDE of CAT’s radius. It cost us thousands of dollars all because ELITE COACH WAS TOO GREEDY. EVERYONE KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TROLLEY (open air, benches, historic, romantic) AND A BUS (40-seat ugly smelly tube)…what a terrible experience with this company all because they thought they could steal some business from a public transit company. REMEMBER THIS IS WHO YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH WHEN YOU HIRE ELITE COACH.

HIGHLY recommend Elite Coach for any type of travel! These folks are just fantastic! From quickly getting a quote, their wonderful customer service, beautiful, clean and very comfortable bus and the best driver (Cameron) anyone could possibly ask for....this company is just plain AWESOME! We used Elite Coach for a soccer tournament in WV from PA and thank God we used them! Our driver, Cameron, was so pleasant and accommodating. He helped us with luggage, finding a lost phone, getting hotel accommodations after making it to the semis and the finals! He attended the games and cheered on our 12 year olds through every game! He was part of the family! Elite Coach is the only call you need to make! Again, we highly recommend these guys! Just ask for Josie and she will kindly walk you through the easy rental process!

My wife and I used Elite Coach for our wedding in Mount Joy and the service was great. I worked with Alicia throughout the wedding planning process. She was very easy to work with and was very knowledgable about wedding shuttles. Our guests really appreciated the convenience that their transportation gave them during the night of our wedding. We would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to have a wedding in the Lancaster area.

We used Elite Coach for our wedding transportation after the company we originally booked with fell through. From the start, they were reliable, accessible, organized, and professional. Communication was responsive and very helpful. From start to finish, booking with this company was easy and reassuring. Furthermore, the bus that arrived was pristine and the driver, Gary, was great! He managed downtown Philly very skillfully and carefully. He was prompt and delivered our guests to and from the various locations safely. We were very pleased with our experience working with this company and would highly recommend it to others!

Elite Coach did a phenomenal job on our wedding day - we arranged for Elite Coach to shuttle our guests using 56 passenger coaches to and from our venue at multiple times and they executed the drop offs and pick ups seamlessly. The drivers were very flexible throughout the entire day and communicated promptly and effectively with our coordinator. Additionally, our drivers were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be involved with our wedding day. In the time leading up to the event, we worked over several phone calls and emails to adjust pick up and drop off times, add additional services, and request opinions and advice from Josie Feeman, who was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. Elite Coach will take care of you if you book them for any event - i can assure you that! They have earned our business for life and we will be recommending them to anyone who needs transportation services in the greater Pennsylvania area. Thank you so much Elite Coach!
