If you’re eating here for the first time, I would say to look at the menu and write down all the ingredients that you like so that you know what you want when you get to the front of the line. They do have different plates that are already made, but they also let you create your own in case there’s certain ingredients you want or don’t want. I like all the options that they have here and my favorite thing about this place is probably the sweet potatoes, the mushrooms and the chickpeas anyways I got a harvest bowl with blackened chicken and instead of the kale I did the Romaine highly rate ten out of ten I think I would like to work here actually this is nice

Honestly if I could put 6 stars on here I would. I’ve been coming to sweet greens on south congress since they opened. The staff has been fantastic and extremely consistent throughout the years. The lady in charge is Betty and she has never missed a beat. She goes above and beyond making sure if thing is running smoothly and she remembers who you are!! She makes you feel like family, the energy in the building, service and Betty is the reason why I keep on coming back.

I used to go to Sweetgreen fairly regularly mind you it was a different location, but I was expecting to get the same level of food at this one. Something must have changed because you can really feel the cost cutting at this one. They were stingy with the proteins and the quality of the components was meh. The broccoli looked like someone ran it through a lawnmower, there are no black beans anymore, the sweet potatoes were cut almost paper thin, the tofu was tiny, tough, and dry. Everything tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Overall very underwhelming for $15. In addition to that the Payment system they use tries to con you into leaving a tip. It gives you a bunch of tip options starting from 5% and up from there, there was no easy apparent way to get past this screen. For these reasons I have no plan to return.

The service at this location is amazing! I come here almost every single day on my lunch break and I always have such a great experience. Betty and Jarely are so kind and I love getting to chat with them!
Food is always great. Very clean ingredients and delicious flavors!

When ordering the lady that did my food was super fast and was pushing my food out before I even got to ask for things that needed to be changed for my order, when I asked the next girl to pls add their new fries she told me there was no more & as I sat down to eat there, people are me did get to buy the fries & that really upset me because it felt like they were being racist towards me. I went in and asked them about it and they still would not sell me any and were trying to gaslight me into believing that they did an online order….

Really poor management at this location. Google and the hours posted on the door say they close at 10:00pm, but at 9:30pm they were already locked up and closed because they “decided to close at 9:00pm Saturday thru Monday for the holiday weekend.” That’s fine if they want to do that, but then they should update their hours on Google so people don’t waste their time driving to the location and paying for parking. At the very least they could put a sign on the door. It’s poor business practice to have customers greeted by locked doors during posted business hours. They should also have a phone number that allows you to call and speak to someone at this restaurant, but the posted phone number just goes to a general Sweetgreen corporate support line.
