What a beautiful venue! I can’t say enough good things about Suite Forty Eight! The venue was spotless when we arrived, everything was so clean and ready to go. We added on Summer as the bartender but she was so much more than that! She filled in every gap that as a bride (not a wedding coordinator) I didn’t even think of. This place was amazing. I did an event here in the past that wasn’t a wedding and it was beautiful, which made me want to book as my venue. They’re responsive and they went above and beyond. Very affordable and with every penny!

My wife and I just got married there on February 24th, 2024 and it was absolutely beautiful. We didn’t have to worry or stress about a thing, Summer had it all under control. The prices of their packages are very reasonable for the quality of decorations and help you receive. I highly recommend this venue for any gatherings or celebrations you plan.

Had my wedding July 4th 2024 here. We had a walk through when we booked it a few weeks prior to look at it. The following day we placed our deposit and also made an apt for the day before the wedding to have our rehearsal We thought it was perfect for a wedding that we were planning. We just had the ceremony there. The day before the wedding our wedding crew met us there. The lady that worked that day which wasn’t the same lady we did a walk through with was rude to us right away. She said I didn’t book a rehearsal I booked a walk through appointment… makes no sense I’d do a 15min walk through the day before our wedding? She said we need to basically hurry and we had 15 mins before the “cleaning” people arrived. We rushed our rehearsal. She left and didn’t even say congratulations or anything just VERY RUDE. The day of the wedding which obviously me as a bride wasn’t there when my family got there to set up. The chairs and tables weren’t where they were suppose to be (no one set up) and also did not look like they “cleaned” the place. So what was the rush the day before?
I was so exited for this venue and was very disappointed. On my special day 🙁

Wished I could give 4.5 stars as this venue is an excellent, affordable, luxurious place for any celebration. When I arrived, it was tidy however there was some food left on the floor when I arrived (and of course it attracted the ants); no big deal as the broom, dustpan and mop took care of it.
Had trouble getting into the lock box (darn these nails- LOL) but my nephew assisted me with this.
The reason for the 4 stars was because of how hot it was in there. I did exactly what they advised and set the thermostat to 70 around 8:15 am but by the time my 85 guests were all there (by 4pm), it never cooled down in either section; everyone was sweating and sweated the entire 3 hrs. afterwards. Not sure if there was a prob with the ac unit but this was the worst part of my 60th bday celebration. If needed, I think I would rent from them again but maybe on a smaller scale, so the area stays cool.

Just had wedding at Suite Forty Eight on June 7th & it was just absolutely incredible. Very clean, organized, and they communicate fairly quickly. The price was excellent and the suite is stunning in all aspects! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to have had my wedding, absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

My daughter was planning her reception here. Everything is very nice and the pricing seemed fair. However when things unfortunately ended with her fiancee 6 months before the date we cancelled. We were refunded only 100$ I am giving a 1 star review because I value transparency and the contract used purposely uses wording to make it apear you will be refunded when infact you will not. So please be careful and read everything very carefully. I thought I had but I missed the word "less" in the contract so now they get to keep 300$ for a date they will surely have plenty of time to fill..I have an issue the contract was not clear, it feels deliberately misleading and that makes me think very poorly if this company.

Great space for a baby shower! Staff was friendly and the venue was perfect! Would definitely recommend
