Staff were over the top in their friendly welcome and making sure our room was good. Clean property with a feel of a condo or apartment complex. If you bring a dog, there are plenty of locations for it to stretch it's legs. The provided breakfast had a great selection of foods. Our 2 bedroom loft was clean and with a well supplied full kitchen.

We LOVED it here! First, Mark was amazing at checking us in. Even gave the kids Hershey chocolate bars. We got a free upgrade to a suite (2 rooms in 1) and Mark even called a few minutes after we got to the room to make sure everything was great for us! The room was beautiful, the free breakfast buffet was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay. At one point my kids were thirsty, my husband took them to the front and someone who worked there gave my kids chocolate chip cookies, a banana, an orange and some Waters. It was very sweet. We actually liked it here much better than staying in the lodge on Hershey.

So, we’ve been coming here a few times a year for a while now. It’s a great location to Hershey Park and lots of breweries in the area. We’ve never had an issue till this trip.

The reviews on how disgusting rooms are here holds true. I’ve been a Marriott reward member 20 years, and next year will be 10 years of platinum. I’ve never seen a Marriott room this disgusting. We had to wash all the glasses cause they were all murky and stuck to the cabinet shelf. Idk how a shelf could get sticky, but I’m guessing house keeping cleans the glasses with a dirty rag over running the dishes.

From the pictures you can see bathtub and toilet were not cleaned. I’ve never seen a toilet left with urine all over both sides of the seat and fecal matter all over the bowl. Also, I attached pictures of buggers left on the head board and filthy night stand with god knows what on it. Also, the room was not vaccumed and has crumbs and hair everywhere.

The guy working last night was nice when I called down. Supposedly I’ll be getting reward points for the issue. We were exhausted and already unpacked, so we just cleaned the toilet seat, shelf, and ran dishes. We didn’t want to try another room. Housekeeping did come while we were at breakfast, but didn’t clean. Just gave fresh towels and made bed.

Another issue is multiple alarm clocks went off at 1am in both rooms we are in.

From seeing reviews of filthy rooms over the last 6 months I don’t think the hotel cares to fix their horrible housekeeping issue. When we stayed in April here it wasn’t an issue for us.

This is a noisy place. The building itself is noisy - the windows rattle, you can hear the water running in other rooms, there are constant banging and rattling noises. The cleaning crew has loud conversations in the hall before 8 am. Kids are yelling at each other in the hallway, and their parents are yelling at them. I can't drown them out with the tv because most of the channels don't come in; they stutter or the screen stays black. The internet was out for at least 8 hours today but "no one else has complained" so there was nothing that could be done to fix it.
Be sure to wash dishes before you use them, as every dish I looked at was dirty.

1. Showers have little to no pressure
2. Room was so dust ridden it was as if no one had entered the room in years
3. Lights were so dim in the room you had to turn on multiple lights just to use the kitchen area at night.

Listen i understand that you get what you pay for but this is just shameful nothing about this hotel exudes comfort, customer service or any other positive mantras used in the hotel industry if i could give it zero stars i would.

Huge bed, full kitchen basically with utensils, pots, pans (few pots and 1 good sized pan), dish washer, nice sized living area and bathroom, cable TV and wifi, good location if your not wanting to spend too much money on groceries or gas. Definitely recommend, everything was awesome

Easy access to all the highways, Harrisburg and Hershey. Very pleasant stay, attentive staff and tasty continental breakfast. 2 pools, 1 indoor. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Only drawback: located in what seems like an industrial park, but the upside is that it was a very quiet neighborhood.

The staff is very nice. The breakfast staff restocks everything quickly and the breakfast is what you’d expect. Our studio room was old and the bathroom was crazy small. My parents two bedroom was nicer and in a newer building. The indoor pool had slime on the bottom. The gym smelled like mildew. It is close to Hershey so that was nice.
